its my first year doing BIOLOGICAL SCIENCE and its biting my head off , this study technique is very productive for those of us who cant study with other people, especially in this time of COVID 19.
for people having a hard time remembering or retaining informations of what they just studied from like like the past days, weeks; there's this thing called interference its basically when the information you've previously learned is interfering with the information you're currently learning so instead of rewarding yourself with "watching youtube, movies etc" in between breaks instead make sure youre already familiar with tasks/activities youve decided to do during your past time because interference can also be as simple noise like learning names at someones party,,, this is just my personal tips but id like to do gardening and doing house chores during my break instead of doing a task that requires me to learn new informations that might interfere with what i just studied from that day :) anyways goodluck with whatever you guys are studying for im sure all your hard work will pay off in the end.
