@@mmunchie69 Yes I’m just waiting for my deposit back from them and then I’ll do a video just in case lol but I personally liked my old apartment and can’t wait to show people the pros and cons ☺️
@@qikstar It’s just I’ve seen this layout quite often lol so to me it felt the same lol but overall the convenience to all those shops are great! Plus I did this video while we were moving so I was exhausted 😩
Caroline you’re only adding on the key fee and insurance for the total making them in the $1,700+ range. That’s really not the total though because you’re not including the valet trash and the other fee of $100-$250 or am I wrong. Does anybody out there really feel the valet trash is worth it or necessary?? It seems to be growing in popularity with the apartment management companies. Seems like just another moneymaker for them. Caroline congrats on the 10,000 members, yours are the most informative although I’m a bit confused on the final cost on this one. Also wish ya might have mentioned the price of the 1 bedrooms and size. Cheers to you, next stop 20,000!
I try to get the basic information, that’s why I add that price sheet with all the costs so people can add that themselves. She only had a 2bd to show some apartments only show me what they have, so unfortunately sometimes I show a 2bd or a 1bd and if I get lucky they show me both. And I personally despise the valet trash fee I think it’s ridiculous that apartments charge that but unfortunately most apartments here in Las Vegas charge that silly fee. Thank you 😊
I know people hate valet trash because of the fee but I looooove it. It’s super convenient with dealing with trash but the fact they take away my big boxes is what I really love.
Valet is a joke, should not be forced on you. My unit is so close to the dumpster I can really step out and toss the trash bags in, the water bill is outrageous $ 38 - 43 a month conservice is a big ripoff I know people who are in a 2 bedroom paying less on the water rate than me & my wife who have a 1 bedroom no matter how they try to spin it it doesn't add up. When I lived in Arizona conservice tried the same thing on outrageous bills and I think they were questioned by somebody because then they started charging by units only not by the whole block of the units beside you. Which is the fair way to do it why should you have to go at for someone else water usage. And outside electricity
Another great one, so thorough. Will we see day in the life vlogs? Channel is so good so far, see ya next time.

You don’t seem to like it 😂 How you feel about that part of Henderson? I like the apartment, but coming out to that huge road is wild!
