Hariyali Chicken Ghee Roast is a Manglorian Delicacy, The flavours of Hariyali chicken ghee roast are just outstanding. Chicken Cooked with Clarified Butter and then the green paste is cooked along it creates a wonderful combination. Do try out this recipe and Enjoy.
Ingredients for making HARIYALI CHICKEN GHEE ROAST
1200 Grams Chicken marinated with salt, lemon and turmeric
1 cup coriander leaves
1/4 cup mint leaves
5 green chillies
2 tbsp of garlic
1/2 tsp ginger
25 cashews
1 tbsp Black Pepper
1 cup Curd

1/2 cup ghee
cumin - 1 tsp
cloves - 6
cinnamon - 1 pc
green cardamom - a few
black cardamom - a few
mace - a few
Onions - 2
2 tbsp Coriander Powder
1 Spoon Garam Masala /
1 tsp Chicken Masala powder
1 tbsp Kasoori methi

you said you can make it in kadhai but in the end you pressure cooked it, what do we do if we want to make it in kadhai?
