How is it possible to use a cutting speed of 450 m/min on a tool that is rated for 200 m/min maximum in alloy steels < 30 HRC ?

Its automatically calculated by the software...in general only for roughing and finishing Imachining.
Spindle HP and RPM?
This video has been recorded on a Hermle C30 U with a 18.000 rpm Spindle. Spindle Power is 15 kW.

No need to have a coolant on that cutter and as it is demo cut, they usually run dry to actually see something. Also there is not exactly much or any heat produced in the cuts if tou look at the chip color (or the lack of it).
The vibration and the heat produced is much lesser with imachining of solidcam. Which also gives much better toollife.
Can make g coding on it
yes. The program will be generated by the solidCAM software.
