yeah lost a couple of frames there but it doesn't effect the actual distance/position/movement of phantom, you may see it lagged but it still actually moving.

yes.. their ability had to be sacrificed in order to run faster, and yet they were nowhere near the speed of loki and phantom... that's one more reason for you not to invest your resources in rogatka or cossack.
Cool video. I gave it a like and showed a friend. The 100 duslikes you got is probably because you put cossack in the trash bin at the ending illustration. I hated that too but understand he lost the speed race how he came close to winning 3rd.
And yet this is completely against the stated speeds of each robot. Cossack - 117kph. Rogatka 115kph. Loki - 102 kph. Phantom - unknown while in speed boost mode. So Cossack should’ve actually been the fastest followed by Rog and then Loki. Phantom is unknown place.
true, but... with "admant road hog" loki is Sonic the king of speed, without it.. i think phantom is gonna be the new sonic, then followed by coss/rog then loki based on numbers you mentioned. the thing is phantom's speed boost from the skill and his ability they don't stack up, means when it gets speed boost from road hog, phantom reaches its maximum speed limit so when you activate its ability it won't get any faster. and without the skill phantom still can reach its maximum speed limit by the boost it gets from its ability and when he does.. he's faster than those 3 bots, his ability lasts around 15 sec and CD is 10 sec. phantom definitely will win the short drag race but in the long drag race it's debatable.

If this were me, I would say Phantom is the fastest. Loki only runs that fast with beacons while the phantom can run that fast whenever it wants. Sure, the loki doesnt have a duration when it runs that fast but as soon as a third beacon for team is captured, bye bye 60kpm.
In a fight the phantom is the strongest out of them so it's better overall if u just need speed Loki is better but Loki stealth isn't that good 20 powers cells and its dead while phantom has no weakness except against titan which all normal bots do and it can teleport

if your doing an actual test then phantom would have won
phantom have speed limit and its skill's speed boost doesn't add up to actual speed.... and this is a 2 years old so the specs been changed.
