I love field corn,best,hard to find,thats what my grandpa grew for his livestock,and they ate it,creamed like youre doing,but fried it in a big iron skillet with bacon grease ,it was so good.
I had 76 ears of sweet corn to put up and have watched several videos on how to prepare cream corn. Yours was the best. I did add some salt and a tiny bit of sugar while cooking for a little extra something. I just want to say thank you, your presentation or demonstration was easy to follow and my corn turned out perfectly. Delish
