I found this scene to be more bittersweet than anything. It taught me the importance of moving on in life. There will always be a part of Willow that will love Oz, but she has found happiness with Tara.
Oz should have came back a few more times after this. To help fight the First Evil, and maybe appear on Angel as a guest from time to time. Especially when the werewolf Nina was introduced in season 5 to help her cope with her new werewolf abilities.
I think he was supposed to come back to angel to help with Nina for season 6, but because the show got cancelled we never saw Oz again. Shame, because I think him helping Nina would've been special and it would've been nice to see how Oz was doing after such a long time.
I lost my first love this year and letting go has been the most difficult grief of my life. I feel like a part of me will always love him. Even though we want different things in life, and my heart is in anguish, I am thankful for our time and hope he lives a happy life even though it hurts that it's not with me. 💖
This is why i'll always like Willow and Oz better as a couple. Oz left Willow (not breakup) out of fear for her safety with his wolfy side being uncontrollable. Like it was way too obvious that Willow and Oz's connection was always going to be deeper than the one she had with Tara.
It's literally stated that willow is a lesbian meaning they're 'connection' would be nothing more than platonic if they had gotten back together. Her and oz WERE cute together but being with tara meant that she could be who she really was and that was shown through the beauty of magic. If you generally think that what oz and willow had was better than her with tara... you didn't understand their relationship at all. Willow was willing to destroy the earth when tara died and she nearly did. Although unrealistic, thats true love.
@@anatoldenevers237 frrrr. Had me balling my eyes out, especially as I got so attached💔 and even more so in different episodes after when she went to see her grave, spoke to her through 'cassie' and blaming herself when she got with kennedy 😖 the whole story line killed meeee.

Yeah you've got selfless worldsaving heroes like, Buffy and Angel, but they both have their moments of unlikability, especially Angel who literally has an evil counterpart, whereas Tara is just a nice, mostly normal loveable person who if I remember right only has one demon kill in the series. She's wonderful. And then she's dead. Not sure who I hate more, Joss or Warren.
The LGBTQ fans got a big representation win with Tara and Willow. They will never let that go. Nevermind the fact Willow showed zero interest in women before that and Tara was more than likely the anomaly than her only preference.
Maybe, but on the other hand: in real live this kind of things happens too. So it can be comforting for other people who have gone through such experiences. Katharsis.

Ok fine ill say i thought they rushed Willows preference with Tara. It happened out of the blue with barely any development. Willow leading Oz on the way she did when he came back was super uncool. I know he cheated on her but at least it was in lieu of his werewolf side kicking in. Guess its best not to get your hopes up.
Rushed? It was slow what do you mean 😭 the whole friend aspect and then magic to show that they were falling in love was beautiful but steady. She didn't lead Oz on, she just didn't know what to do.

The moment Oz leaves the show willow is suddenly a lesbian..lol Seth green didn't want to be a series regular anymore and wanted to move on to other things that is the only reason why they pushed the willow and Tara relationship down are throats.. Nothing against Tara I like her but nobody can replace Oz as a love interest for willow..
@@Marvel_vs_Capcom84 it definitely wasn't 'sudden' - their love was shown slowly through magic and their friendship before they even got together, or had their first on screen kiss. if anything I'd argue that oz and willows relationship started alot more quickly. willow nearly destroyed the world because she didn't have tara anymore... that is love.
Karen priestly is the best for me the bond we had is love and 🫂 we shall ❤️ each other lifetime together for ever ❤️ it never stop we aways have each other for her and me

Awww... One of the best scenes. Willow had two wonderfull relationships, both with Oz and with Tara. Both were just perfect in their very own way.
