Giolito (24). You talk to Shohei and Canning, and hurry up and learn two new curveballs. You change within yourself. ------------------------------ Nevin. This three-game battle. Silseth (63) was able to startar. 👍 No problem with seven starting pitchers. (Instead, do your best.) Important match. It might be interesting to let Detmers and Shohei do the second starter (long relief). Enemies are upset.
I've always said if baseball hitters would do some batting practice on the tennis court, instead of just standing in an upright stance in a batter's cage, they would become better hitters against curveball pitchers. Ozzie Albies seems to be proving my point, and he's teaching the rest of the team how to do it by example. I've seen Albies lean over and hit balls a foot outside and six inches off the ground to get hits. He looks like Djokovic or Nadal when he does it. Albies gets out of his batting-cage comfort zone and gets extra hits by doing so. Eddie Rosario and Orlando Arcia are starting to get hits chasing curveballs using Albie's technique. Kattie bar the doors if the rest of the team picks up this curveball hitting technique.
@@notmarcus17 You have a good point, but I don't think it would bother their swing, too much. The big difference would be the weight of the baseball and bat vs. the racquet and tennis ball. The tennis shot they would need to mainly focus on is the forehand because it's very similar to the "Austin Riley - batting cage" hitter's swing. You just need to make the forehand a two-handed forehand. A slicing serve to the forehand would be the tennis shot that is similar to the curveball or sweeper. It would force the batter to lean towards the ball more taking him out of the over practiced batters stance. Many hitters strikeout on curveballs while still standing in the hitter stance. Other things tennis would do for the baseball hitters: it would teach them how to hit to the opposite side of the field or through open spots in the infield. Tennis players make a living running their opponents side to side. It would basically teach them better bat control. The reason I make these observations is that I played a lot of baseball up into my teens, and a lot of tennis in my twenties and up. Now, as a spectator, I think if I had played both sports early on, I would have been a better hitter by borrowing from the tennis skills.
I followed the Braves for quite sometime. They were good in the regular season but falter during the playoffs. Hopefully, they can correct this and be consistent during the playoffs.
Game 106: The bats were ON FIRE today. Acuna, Riley and Olson all go yard en route to a 12-5 Atlanta victory. Yonny Chirinos has a pretty good second start in a Braves jersey. There were a few defensive miscues on both sides but overall it didn't affect us too much. Off day tomorrow and then we see Dansby in Chicago on Friday.
Who was playing left for the Angels? Man has to have 0 arm strength. Never even tries to challenge guys coming around from second to score. Or will the Cubs throw a Speed Bump in front of the Tomahawk Chop?
We will find out at 2:20 P.M. EDT / 1:20 P.M. CDT on Marquee Sports Network (Cubs), Bally Sports Southeast (Braves), and MLB Network (OUT-OF-MARKET ONLY)!
SoundFX09, Signing Out!
your work does not go unnoticed🔥
Slight correction friend, your writeup says "Round 1 of 3 will take place under the Afternoon Skies of Truist Park" when they are in fact playing at Wrigley Field this weekend
"Gun Control Capital" lmao never stop doing these SoundFX
Giolito (24).
You talk to Shohei and Canning, and hurry up and learn two new curveballs.
You change within yourself.

Nevin.
This three-game battle.
Silseth (63) was able to startar. 👍
No problem with seven starting pitchers.
(Instead, do your best.)
Important match.
It might be interesting to let Detmers and Shohei do the second starter (long relief).
Enemies are upset.
Ohtani & Trout needs to leave
I wanna see Acuña bat in the number 3 spot of the lineup, make it happen Snitker!
Ronald has been best leading off. He's been the catalyst, that spark the rest of the team has been fueling off of.
@@Stormsfury777 Rosario or Harris have speed to, one of them can leadoff, Albie's in the number 2 spot, following Acuña 👍
So Giolito stays in. Going for the record of hits and runs allowed in a single game.
That's an interesting concept but won't the tennis swing ruin the baseball swing?
They literally did it just 2 years ago
Been a brave since 1989 this is by far the best team we had....get on board or get out... no need for band wagon fans.
@@marcoperdomo283I bet you said that last year too. 🫵🤡
@@edawg9962They won 101 games last year and got wrecked by the Phillies.😂
@@anthonymartinez0865 and the year before?
Angels gave up no 2 no 3 prospect for him. 9 earned runs lol Is Shohei really giving them a shot of re-signing him?
Game 106: The bats were ON FIRE today. Acuna, Riley and Olson all go yard en route to a 12-5 Atlanta victory. Yonny Chirinos has a pretty good second start in a Braves jersey. There were a few defensive miscues on both sides but overall it didn't affect us too much. Off day tomorrow and then we see Dansby in Chicago on Friday.
Nice game Giolito!😂
austin riley usually does what? 3:00
im not a braves fan but wow what a performance its just like playing college baseball
As a Georgia kid myself I love my Braves
Who was playing left for the Angels? Man has to have 0 arm strength. Never even tries to challenge guys coming around from second to score. Rookie in center got in his head after that liner that got buy him. Giolito looked terrible. hopefully the team figures it out so we can see a postseason Shohei
Braves are going to win the World Series............bet
Astros already have it locked up.
Astros will
The Astros have a few good players, that's about it. Not even comparable to the Braves! 😅
@@SPICY_BEARAstros vs MLB #SoHouston 💪😎🏆🏆
@@SPICY_BEARwould you take the Astros's pitching staff in the post season or the the braves ?
I'll take the Astros's pitching staff over my Braves
The Angels didn’t stand a chance against the Braves. Time to head to Seattle.
What's to say about this one, no complaints, lets move on to Wrigley and do the same there, GO BRAVES!!!!!!!
ブレーブス強すぎるわー
I’m sure Ohtani is pretty underwhelmed with the “All In Angels”.
The braves are the best team right now. Getting 1 game off was fine enough
angel's pitcher so weak....
敬遠は損失のほうが大きい?
That rookie Angel's CF after making a nice catch played Awful~..lol,.Trying to make incredible plays and just not anywhere Close~Lol
All y’all really can’t be Braves fans forreal now. Come on now. 😂
They puttin on for the CITY. Tomahawks Chopping.
