What a cool boat. The ability to short-hand/ single-hand makes it very desirable.
At least the keel stayed on
What about the keel falling off!

Where are the berths?
Undoing bolts to remove that bowsprit sounds like a tedious job. A hinge system would work better wit a pin holding it down. I do like this racer and your review of it.
And I'm sure those bolts float...right?
Its amazing how shady the info has been about the keel malfunction. almost like they are trying to cover it up.

@@PlanetSailOnline Thank you for sharing! i was also looking part 1 of this video..
You seem to have a lot of information on this incident. From the photos i have seen of Nexba, it looks the hull/keel attachment point (the Mortise) was intact inside and out of hull. It must have been the foil sheered at the end of the tenon joint. I feel bad for BP as he is so thrilled about this boat.
did they fix that tiny issue of keels falling off?

See the previous video.
any chance to revue HOP Yacht .....
Rather spartan below deck compared to the Sunfast ....
in modern times i dont would go with a vinyl esther boat.
wrong
Yesterday there were a ton of comments regarding the keel issue. Today almost none. Looks like somebody is editing the comments to turn the unresolved keel issue down to keep channel sponsors happy. This leaves a very bad taste.
The accusation that PlanetSail is editing comments is not only utterly false but is an allegation that we take very seriously. You offer no evidence for this which is understandable, because the fact is that as always we haven't changed, edited or deleted comments. You are also factually incorrect in your declaration that the builders have 'added two extra bolts in the hope that this fixes the issue' - completely false. May we suggest you take a look at the explanation that we ran in the full test review which sets out the modifications that have taken place - By the sounds of it you haven't seen this part of the test - ruclips.net/video/PoVjU7CxcHk/видео.html
@PlanetSail ...... then please explain to me why a simple comment I made when the video was first posted had somehow disappeared the following day.
"almost none"?? holy shit, what kind of clown show is this?
So is this video from just three days ago? And not a single fucking comment about the keel issues? Do I have that right?
No you don't! ruclips.net/video/PoVjU7CxcHk/видео.html as included in the full test report on the X2 in Episode 23 OnCourse
They certainly deleted my first comment. Given that there are still almost zero comments about the unresolved failure issue, I suspect they are systematically removing any unfavourable comments. Class acts!
Covered very fully in part 1 of the review
Dehler 30 od still does it better
of course pogo 30 or Dehler OD is a much better decision for me. I dont wanna go with vinyl esther these days
@@DaEVOthefreak the pogo is amazing for a full blown race boat like the farr
The dehler 30 od In my opinion is a modern j30 that also has the ability for a weekend cruiser layout a family boat that you can race with alot of clever features like the stealth drive
j88 solar eltric best 30 foiter
@@sharonbraselton4302 for inshore racing j88 is definitely fun basically an over grown dingy
It's got that j boat tax tho even used j88 still cost more than a new dehler
Or a corsair 880 would be my Choice for the money
@@thomascooley2749 yes do they have eltroc solar
