We need to see what turned him into the monster we know now.

Always love your Adam videos. Such an amazing character. And I do think Adam has contributed to peace in a Butterfly Effect sort of way. Before his actions the Faunus weren't willing to act. To show that they aren't all like Adam.
I REALLY hope they don't mess Adam up even more, and maybe make him better again. Contrary to what seems like popular opinion, i quite liked Adam for what he was in the context of the show. I think he makes a darn good villain. And I even agree with most of his appearance throughout volume 5, i think it really suits him. But then the last Episode had that completely unsatisfactory ecnounter between him and Blake, and he has gone from intimidating villain to laughing stock. I just hope him and the white fang will continue to play a role, and I hope further that this role will be a good one.
What would be great if they made him go from unstable and violent to completely sociopathic and become completely cold hearted because Blake broke him, and become extremely intimidating like he was in volume 3 only not interested in spouting his mouth about how Blake was his, but straight up trying to kill her. It would be interesting if one of the main cast was actually killed by him too.
I always seen Adam as a sociopathic tactician and manipulator who out of spite wants to watch the world burn. Volume 5 seems too out of character for him, not because he ran away, but he was too emotional. I'd have him coldly order the WF to attack the Faunus Army, going so far as declaring them not being Faunus, but in the same cold and twisted manner he did with Blake and Yang in Volume 3. No screaming tantrum, but just a morally bankrupt mindset that no longer considers any other options but slaughtering those who opposes him. Though, in the end of the day, he did saved the Faunus by forcing them to finally recognize that they are capable of the same prejudices and genocidal tendencies as humans and stop seeing themselves as the victims. As the series really shown that despite some prejudices exists, the Faunus seem to have the same opportunities as humans, they just have to let go of the past, which is what Adam is unable to do.
Dashie Rainbow, Adam is far from a coward and is capable of doing things on his own, I mean just watch the black trailer, he might have been fighting with Blake, but he was still entirely capable of fighting with little help.
Everything needs a breaking point in order to grow. Adam happened to be that breaking point. He truly showed the Faunus just how far he could go to get "justice", and they saw that their anger had turned into madness. Without Adam pushing the limits, I don't think that the Faunus would have rose up like they did.
Getting the vibe that Adam's death in the future will be the turning point, if it's done via the united aid of faunus and humans. You take down the symbol of hatred, you have room to build from the efforts gained to make things better for everyone.
ThatKaitoDan not really. If sienna, who was the ultimate leaders death didn’t do anything, then Adams won’t do anything. Especially because the Faunus should have their own separate feelings on the matter that has nothing to do with adam
At first I was confused, but then I thought ‘oooh, your saying he’s making them be treated equally by letting the humans know what it was like for them when they weren’t’
what's your character like i've created some :) one of them could MAYBE keep up with adam, but never EVER fully take him down he has the ability of creating physical holograms with his phone kinda like velvet iaw, (which can also turn into arm gauntlets) so maybe make a copy of his moonslicer but idk
He'd been such a good character if they just focused on the Faunus struggle his character represented :( He remains my favourite character for everything he could have been.
I've actually always liked Adam, he's an ass but he's cool and i love his character. Well more so in vol 3 than 5 but still, that "im gonna take away everything you love" is just awesome.
I honestly enjoyed think Adam is more similar to Gaston than the Beast: One, both have red as part of their color scheme; two, they’re both leaders; three, they both have an obsession over a girl; four, they see themselves as the hero who will do whatever it takes to win. I know Adam is actually based on the Beast, but that’s my opinion.
I'll elaborate. For starters, both Ilia and LeFou is/were closet homosexuals. They are both on the antagonist side and do terrible things for said antagonist. Then, at the very last minute, they decide that they are on the protagonist's side and are immediately forgiven in the worst way possible with having zero repercussions.
Honestly bumblebee doesnt make any sense, other than it just being friendly/sisterly. Monty himself has stated that team rwby's relationship is like a sisterhood. Besides yang alludes to goldilocks, hence the hair and the bear mascot cameos. With adam, he def is the beast. RT literally took the term "beast" in a literal way, 'tis why adam is referred to a monster and acts like one. Dont think disney coz they sugarcoat crap (but ily disney). Blake hasnt shown any interests towards the same gender but we do in fact know that shes had romantic interests towards adam in the past (illia confirmed this) and has shown a bit towards sun (the blushing, "my hero", and also their first meeting) and both are male
I honestly think you're right tbh. Adam's role has such a major effect that I never noticed before. They're closer to peace than ever before. Yes, the fact that there's no line for him to cross is depressing in its own right, but it's sadly necessary. Peace was close after the war but all they really did was push the fanus onto an island and tell them to shut up. Now they're faced with a choice they can't just ignore: peace oe war. They can choose war but honestly, only an idiot would. The White Fang's power was proven (or at least, in the eyes of the public it was; since no one really knew about Salum) when Beacon fell. For the White Fang to make one of the greatest schools and city fall, proves his power and how willing he is to go. He's a powerful threat that can not go ignored. Everyone, including the public, is faced with the choice or peace or war and this time, the option of half-assing the peace or saying enough to make the fanus be quiet, will simply not be enough.
GoldDaniel that makes me think of Lelouch from Code Geass. Everyone hated him prior to his death and after the hate was all focused on him that in the end they lived in peace.
While I don't necessarily condone the genocide that Adam has been advocating, you have a point here. In the past the leaders of the White Fang reached out for peace and/or equality and the humans responded with "Or What?" They did that with Adam and he pushed back with "Or Else!"
There cannot be peace without first a great suffering. The greater the suffering, the greater the peace. I think that sums up this theory pretty well. The faunus that rallied against Adam at the end of volume 5 wouldn't have had anyone/anything to rally against if Adam hadn't been so destructive. And with the efforts of Blake and her family those actions will ultimately lead to greater peace between the humans and the faunus. So it seems that Adam indirectly lead to a greater peace. Now I only wonder if he'll accept a world with stronger peace between them or if he will want to attack the humans back despite there being little reason to do so.
Miles and Kerry completely ruined Adam. Monty meant for all the RWBY characters to reference and parody their older fairytale counterparts, and they pretty much threw that all away for all the characters. It's not enough for you to tell us he is Beast from Beauty and the Beast, we need to see a story arch that parodies it or starts to follow it them flips on its head. Nothing about Adam points to Beast, besides a few visual easter eggs: the wilting rose on his back, and his little horns mostly. They easily could have left him a bad guy, but framed his relationship with Blake in a way that she thought she made him less beastly and agro. He could have delivered a line, "Blake you were my moral compass, I need you, without you I don't know what to do. Without you the anger...the rage....the beast inside of me is too much to control" But instead we got the stupid Joker/Harley Quinn ish abuser arch. If they would have even given him Illia's little backstory from the 2nd black trailer, that would have given him at least a little depth, but no.
@Nicholas Barbee I don't think illia should have been a character. Miles and Kerry basically gave all of Adam's redeeming qualities, to a throw away side character. I don't think Adam should have become a full good guy, like illia. But by ruining Adam they robbed Blake of her Belle story arc. Whether she should have been trying to save Adam from his beastly side. Trying to bring appeal to the man she fell in love with. Whether she fails or succeeds doesn't matter. It's about giving her an arc.
Good analysis of how Adam Taurus is working as an antagonist. Even in the Real World, banding together against a shared enemy has often united people and progressed things along to friendly terms a lot faster than they would other wise (The tensions of the Cold War, caused the western allies to quickly forgive both Germany and Japan and helped the to rebuild).
This video shows the character Adam could have been. If Rooster Teeth had kept him as the faunus who would go to any length for equality even if it meant killing and not Blake's angry ex, he could have been a great villain! A question they should have explored was "should you stop someone who has improved the lives of so many people even if you think their methods are wrong?
can you do a video about mercury? from a certain perspective, he's probably one of the saddest characters in the show. Unlike the others there has never been a moment in his life where he's been given a choice in how he lives. He was raised to be an assassin by his father who went so far as to cut off his legs in the attempt to make him a more efficient killer. He did not grow up with any free thought, but more than that you could say he's known nothing but evil, nothing but the dark parts of the world, anything else would have been treated as toxic to his development if it had any chance of making him weaker. Heck, even after his father finally stepped over the line and forced mercury to try to kill him, he still won, although we don't know the specifics, if we assume mercury's amputation was done purely in the attempt to make him the best killer possible, than Marcus achieved that by making a killer who could outdo even him, securing his goal of having his son be the perfect warrior for his name by surpassing him through trial to the death. Even then, he immediately gets recruited by cinder, something else he had no choice in as mercury ran the risk of exposing her since any woman looking for what I'd have to assume was a famous assassin probably didn't have the best of intentions, and with emerald at that point and him on deaths door it was join or die. The main point I'm getting at here is, Mercury has never, and I mean never, in his life, ever had a choice in what he would do with his life or the option of choosing good. Every counter path lead to certain death or punishment from the second he was born. Mercury's been a caged bird who thinks the cage is home because he was never offered the key out, could you explore the aspects that turned him into what he is today and how he may change in the future? In most fiction, I don't think there are really many characters who turned out evil not because they chose that path, but because it was the only path available. At best he could've tried to run away from home, though that runs the risk of Marcus, an assassin so well connected and powerful that one of the four members of SALEMS personal team would search him out for help in a plot detrimental to the success of not only Salems goal of collecting the relics, but Cinders own in gaining the powers of a maiden. Nobody well connected enough in the underground would ever dream it...he could try for street orphan like emerald though if he ever got in a fight for food or shelter things would get complicated when some kid who knows DUST MANIPULATION and high level combat appears out of nowhere...His best bet is for Ozpin to notice him and take him in, though if Oz couldn't locate emerald then he has no real chance of that. In a sense Mercury's not evil at all, how can you be malicious in nature if maliciousness is all you ever knew? If evil is the choice to do bad over good, than Mercury's never been evil, he's been chained and gotten used to it is all.
great video and i like the new perspective of Adam, but what if this is secretly Adams plan all along? if so that would make him an even cooler character.
I'm kind-of expecting Adam to launch a Faunus uprising in V6 or V7{depends if V6 they stay in Mistral} with the Faunus of Atlas working in the Dust Mines.
I agree that Adam indirectly helped. Can you do a RWBY Theory on why the pair of Fox Faunus brothers that are part of the White Fang have different animal traits? One of them has fox ears while the other has a fox tail, the question is why? An additional question: is it possible for the child of two Faunus of the same animal but different traits to inherit both traits? For example let’s say Neon Katt meets another cat Faunus who has cat ears and the two marry, would it be possible for their children to inherit both a cat tail from Neon and cat ears from the father?
I think your right. Adam would be like Lelouch vi Brittania in this case. He died so that there could be peace. While Adam does everything to be superior to humans and all,he also becomes a catalyst that will sooner or later unite both humans and Faunus.
In all honesty Sienna’s plans would have eventually gotten them a moot. They lost large quantities dust, three of the four kingdoms depended on their huntsman to defend them. The stolen quantities of dust would’ve caused inflation. This inflation would make it harder for huntsman to purchase dust. Huntsman who need dust will perish in missions. It’s either comply with the whitefang or suffer against the Grimm.
Despite what people believe, If you step back and look at Adam you can see fear. Sure he wears a mask but that mask hides his eyes. Take off the mask and you might see a trapped misunderstood Adam. Adam's death wouldn't solve the problem it would only make the rest of the White Fang (those whom follow Adam) angry and scared. That would lead the White Fang to become provoked and more of a chance to attack and try to avenge Adam. For those who don't believe me about Adam, rewatch all of Adam's scenes and just his scenes. I'm serious, what I see is a "Scared and trapped wolf" Especially now that he's been forced to side with Cinder and Salem. What happens when you trap a wolf? The wolf fights back. I would love to see Adam's backstory and see what's hidden underneath that mask. Perhaps it's fear, Perhaps it's vengeance. Whatever it is his story may prove my theory. Remember; Don't judge a book by it's cover, Judge it by it's content.
I wanted to give you a theory to consider. The relic we have seen is knowledge. At the end of volume 5, Oscar said ospin needed to tell qrow something. "Get the lamp to atlas." 1. In your video you seemed to not know it was a lamp. Well here's a fun theory. What if they take it to atlas for protection, but they all use it like the mirror mirror on the wall. They could all ask a question to be answered. For example, ruby could ask why or how her mother died. I thought of this from your red like roses part 1&2 explained. It seems ruby is speaking to her mother but she's dead. It's a stretch but I think there'll be a chance for ruby to find out how summer died and summer will tell her why. Or in this theory, the lamp will explain it to her. Like I said it's a stretch but I thought it was interesting and wanted your opinion. I don't know if you still use ruby amino, so I'll post this here and in comments on your latest video.
I disagree whole heartedly. We have not seen the Adams actions bring humanity closer to peace at all. The Faunus united to stop Adam, but they did that without humans. Obviously things haven’t changed at all in the places that are the worst for the Faunus, atlas, and there was no sign of remorse or even fear from the people living there. They even go to say that it’s Vale’s fault for what happened because of arrogance and a lack of kingdom defense not the white fang or Adam, (trophy wife) honestly ironic as they are arrogant in trusting there own kingdom defenses. They don’t see Adam as a threat, and even if they did fear isn’t the way to make hate go away, it just makes it worse. So I think Adam is actually worse for the Faunus. Haha I seem to be arguing but I really do love the theory’s, they prompt great discussion. Keep them up!
A good point. Though I want to award the credit of savior of Faunus to Siana as she built enough deterence for faunus to stand equally with humans. Adam just played terrorist. Thats not saving at all.
Cinder Fall I would say that Ghera did the most good toward saving the Faunus. He mentions making progress, albeit slow progress. Siana just added fear to the equation and I wholeheartedly believe that fear is a step backwards words peace and equality. A slow peaceful road will do the most good in the end. Trying to rush it with shortcuts like violence and fear only hurt one in the long run.
We have not seen the aftermath of Haven yet, that is why this video is just a Theory. The idea is that if humans can see faunus uniting against there terrorist brethren and protecting humans and cities, then that is a chance to show humans that not all faunus are evil and violent. You have an entire village of faunus travelling all the way from Menagerie, the "home" of faunus, just to stop an attack on a huntsmen academy. Now while this won't likely change attitudes of the aristocrats of atlas, it might have a good chance of starting better relations with Mistral. And that is the main point of this video's Theory.
Lin2Waterfall I get that. I just disagree with it. Any good done from the Faunus in this situation is Gera and Blake. And will be despite Adam, not because of him.
The idea is that Adam is a warning about what will happen if they push the Faunus too far, but I would point out that such things can go either way. It's possible that people will see what Adam has done and think "we pushed them to this", but it is equally possible that people will think "we gave them a chance and they turned on us". A lot of how things will fall out depends on whether or not the rest of the Faunus are able to put forth a good image now that the issue is coming up, and on what Adam and/or Salem does next. I would be surprised if she doesn't attempt to break up any budding alliances between the kingdoms and Ghira's White Fang.
a related Idea I had: isn't white FANG a bit weird as the name of an organization that started peacefully? Fang, the weapon a predator uses to kill prey? then I realized WHITE fang, it's not red, it's not blood-stained, it's clean, unused. Just shows you how much the organization was dragged through the mud post Ghira.
I completely agree with this theory. It's like the process of true allegiance has been sped up very quickly rather than the over multiple generations it takes for discrimination to take place. And just like it was aid in From Shadows 2, *The calm only comes once the carnage has seceded.* Adam changed the suffering to carnage.
to me everything would have been better with volume 3 adam. Volume 3 adam is cool and level headed contrast to the hot headed and brashed volume 5 adam.
This sounds like a long term plan from Ozpin, scratch that most likely is one of Ozpin' s plans. Why because 'a wizard did it' is now a option in freaking RWBY. Also he might be using the relic of Choice on people or situations to go his way since we have no clue if he activated it or not.
Good point. At first I disagreed but the more I think about it, I think you're right. I don't like Adam, but he did make the humans see the fanus more as equals rather than slaves
I’m pretty sure Blake is going to have plenty of trouble achieving equality. Because of her past connections to Adam, people will question if she’s a puppet used by a hidden Adam. Because of her friendship with humans, Faunus will question if she has their best interests at heart. Because of what Adam did, Haven and will want the her to pay for his actions. Because she’s not like Sienna and Adam, the enemies of the White Fang’s will question if Blake is a threat to them.
Okay, you gave me a season to keep watching to see what they do to Adam. Really hoping they give him an opposing force that's not Blake or Sun, like, an actual human.................now that I'm saying that, reaaaaallly hoping they don't make him a main opposition in the next volume
Adam did both bad and good he helped free his people and fought against their mistreatment while at the same time he made people fear his people even more
adam did he really care about the faunus and blake from the beginning because i think he did and i have so many questions regarding him i mean he loved and trained blake for a time and saved her from the spider bot but he also fought along side her and became violent and angry over time but after blake left i think he was crushed but he still kept fighting but when cinder first shows up with dust and money for his personal gain he turn's it down now if he was so bad would't he had taken it but instead he didn't feel it was right putting his people in danger for a "human cause" because to him it was wrong just as he felt it was wrong for blake to abandon him and there cause to be honest i feel like the old adam and the newer one were completely different people one pushed for equality when the other wanted inequality
It's also possible that people like Adam radicalize both sides. Draw clear lines in the sand so to speak. We have no shortage of examples of conflicts like this happening. Now of course with Blake doing her thing, it's possible that a peace can be afforded, but the pure optics of siding with Grimm, those things that kill for no other reason than to kill, rather than for survival, food, or even sport is something that people can perceive as nothing less than a willing treason to life itself. Now of course saving Haven should go a long way to showing that Adam is the odd man out.
There are some parts where I see how you're right, others I don't. I particularly don't like the ideas this video encourages, but in the RWBY universe, and under these conditions, you are mostly correct. Can we get a theory that isn't about the good guys being bad and the bad guys being good, like the significance of the forms the grim take?
For me, this is an endless cycle if there is peace, how long it will last, in the end the discrimination will start again. Blake's peace goal is just a bandage and the cycle of violence will begin again, because in my perspective Adam's method is simply to return what humans did to all the faunus in all those years, they hunted them down and massacred , they had many of them as slaves- "The humans threw the rock and now it's the turn of the faunus to return them"
The defeat of Adam at Haven unlocks the peace, trust, and equality that the Belladonnas were seeking. Full humans of Mistral see Faunus as protectors of society, even against other faunus who would destroy beloved institutions. Future freshman classes to Haven Academy should see a steady rise of faunus cadets.
I can somewhat understand the fear towards them. Imagine you live in this world and you meet a cute girl (or guy or whatever you prefer) on whatever they have for a dating app, you meet up (I’ve said meet a lot) at a café and she (or he or whatever) smiles and you see freaking snake teeth or horns or some type of claws... you’d probably think for a moment... “oh... my date has the potential to kill me if I piss them off... great”
Very off topic, but I have yet to see someone being up the fact that Adam is ambidextrous, just thought it was and interesting detail about him. ( and that he appears to be the only in the show)
All valid points, in addition, it also forces the Faunus, who were bystanders in the conflict to stand up and say 'no, this is not our way', and with them saving Haven, it paints them in a much better light to humans who before had been bystanders themselves in the racism against faunus. There will still be downright hate filled people, but now, the number of people willing to interact with the Faunus as equals has skyrocketed, the minority of the hate filled now has to contend with a much larger group of people who don't want to return to 'the way things were', and now they are faced with a choice, reconsider their position in life, or double down.
So what you're stating is that Adam has become the monster that both sides fear and sought out to never make. But have managed to create. And hear I thought you were thinking like Adam for a second.
this actually makes complete sense to me. no one (who is sane) wants to be enslaved. so when the options are: 1. be slaves 2. be equals . the vast majority would rather be equals. its one of the few peices of "common sense" that actually is common.
I ship Adam and Yang, please don't hate on me. I think it would be good because the relationship would be a roller coaster, and it could turn out that both Yang and Adam suffered when Yang lost her arm, with Adam drowning in guilt. They could both share the same nightmare, with Adam haunted by her screams. Then one day the dream changes, and they are able to communicate with each other and they both get good, quality character development and they fall in love. The ship name would be Golden Beasts. Don't hate on it please. (Wow that sounded pathetic XD)
What i think is maybe his plan is like Milliardo Peacecraft from Gundam Wing. Maybe his end game is equality however the people of both races need something to hate. I dont like Adam but i do see them walking almost the same path. Intentionally or not that remains to be seen.

it not a theory at all it a fact that being present to us :)
Ilia is obviously Gaston
I'll elaborate. For starters, both Ilia and LeFou is/were closet homosexuals. They are both on the antagonist side and do terrible things for said antagonist. Then, at the very last minute, they decide that they are on the protagonist's side and are immediately forgiven in the worst way possible with having zero repercussions.
Ok; Gaston was never showed signs or was confirmed to be homosexual, Gaston never redeemed himself. You are still thinking Lefou, honest mistake.
Adam:Gaston
Ilia: Lefou?
Blake: Belle
Yang: Beast
Think about it
Also Sun could be the candlestick
Sienna was so cool ! Why did she died three minutes after her introduction ? She has one of the best chara design of the serie so far !
because I'm cooler then her 😏
Adam is a villain they can all hate, which can bring faunus and humans together.
GoldDaniel that makes me think of Lelouch from Code Geass. Everyone hated him prior to his death and after the hate was all focused on him that in the end they lived in peace.
I like your theories and your channel. Great video this is very interesting theory.
I just realized that Sienna is Shere Khan from the Jungle Book
Holy crap.
Oh shit.
Well frick. Is that the wolf or the snake?
Soooooo Adam is kinda like Lelouch. But unknowing, and unwilling?
I can say this much. Now that Adam is dead? There will probably never be a fanaus as strong as he was.
While I don't necessarily condone the genocide that Adam has been advocating, you have a point here. In the past the leaders of the White Fang reached out for peace and/or equality and the humans responded with "Or What?" They did that with Adam and he pushed back with "Or Else!"
I think Adam could have been the best character in the show if they did mess him up so much
I wonder if Adam is pulling a Lelouch

Saved the Faunus? It's a literal miracle every Kingdom didn't just enslave every Faunus.
I thought it said how Adam saved funhaus oh my
TheLividChap achievement hunter for life!
great video and i like the new perspective of Adam, but what if this is secretly Adams plan all along? if so that would make him an even cooler character.
That would be fuckin awesome if that were the case. But sadly the writers can't write Adam for shit.
I'm kind-of expecting Adam to launch a Faunus uprising in V6 or V7{depends if V6 they stay in Mistral} with the Faunus of Atlas working in the Dust Mines.
if only XD
I agree that Adam indirectly helped. Can you do a RWBY Theory on why the pair of Fox Faunus brothers that are part of the White Fang have different animal traits? One of them has fox ears while the other has a fox tail, the question is why? An additional question: is it possible for the child of two Faunus of the same animal but different traits to inherit both traits? For example let’s say Neon Katt meets another cat Faunus who has cat ears and the two marry, would it be possible for their children to inherit both a cat tail from Neon and cat ears from the father?
A Faunus is born with one trait. That is the canon explanation.
here's how adam can still win,
I think your right. Adam would be like Lelouch vi Brittania in this case. He died so that there could be peace. While Adam does everything to be superior to humans and all,he also becomes a catalyst that will sooner or later unite both humans and Faunus.
does anyone else remember in volume 1, when Dr Oobleck was teaching about the 'Faunus war'? What happened to that?
Definitely misread the title as "How Adam Saved Funhaus"
In all honesty Sienna’s plans would have eventually gotten them a moot. They lost large quantities dust, three of the four kingdoms depended on their huntsman to defend them. The stolen quantities of dust would’ve caused inflation. This inflation would make it harder for huntsman to purchase dust. Huntsman who need dust will perish in missions. It’s either comply with the whitefang or suffer against the Grimm.
So the theory is that violence solves everything?
Dave175 huh
I like that theory but just...why does he have so many zips.

To bad Adam died i really liked him i wish he had stay longer he could have gotten a redemption arc
So it like code geas gain all the world hate then die

Please elaborate, I'm quite dumb and uh dont understand what you mean....
Beautiful video EruptionFang.
I kind of think Blake is both the beauty and the beast, and Adam is Gaston.
I wonder if Monty played Fire Emblem Path Of Radiance.
Silent Protagonist I think he did.
Funny, i thought the same PoR and RD have very similar parallels between the Laguz and Faunus.
to me everything would have been better with volume 3 adam. Volume 3 adam is cool and level headed contrast to the hot headed and brashed volume 5 adam.
so adam is like lelouch all about results no matter the cost except for the person he feels is closest to him
This sounds like a long term plan from Ozpin, scratch that most likely is one of Ozpin' s plans.
Ayyyy Adams not a bad guy
people do tend to unite under one banner when facing a common enemy
So humans can decimate thiers speicies, but when the Fanus kill the humans, “Oh my..!!!”
This is a textbook example of Hegelian Dialectics.
He kind of reminds me of Goku Black
I love all your videos but I'm high key missing the show your friend to RWBY videos
Summary: Without the demonstration of violence, then peace would have never been listened to after
This crazy man is still my favorite
Love your videos on him
Never thought of it like that. Still hate Blake though, she clearly had no plan for after they beat Adam.
Eruption Fang my man, what's that music playing in the background of your Adam videos
I really like the first song in his 'RWBY Sex Appeal' video
*There are many characters*
With a scar on their left side of their face.
For me, this is an endless cycle if there is peace, how long it will last, in the end the discrimination will start again.
Blake's peace goal is just a bandage and the cycle of violence will begin again, because in my perspective Adam's method is simply to return what humans did to all the faunus in all those years, they hunted them down and massacred , they had many of them as slaves- "The humans threw the rock and now it's the turn of the faunus to return them"
It is more like "Humanity threw a rock and now its the turn of the Faunus to beat them with it", but I get your point.
We need more introducing friend to rwby!
( and that he appears to be the only in the show)
Great video and very thought provoking, but at what point were we told Blake’s movement towards peace worked?
Nope
It's just like a joke
All valid points, in addition, it also forces the Faunus, who were bystanders in the conflict to stand up and say 'no, this is not our way', and with them saving Haven, it paints them in a much better light to humans who before had been bystanders themselves in the racism against faunus. There will still be downright hate filled people, but now, the number of people willing to interact with the Faunus as equals has skyrocketed, the minority of the hate filled now has to contend with a much larger group of people who don't want to return to 'the way things were', and now they are faced with a choice, reconsider their position in life, or double down.
Thus is why I really like adam as a villain.
I honestly want a Sun vs Adam af!
If it's volume4-6 Adam sun will die and if it's volume1-3 Adam than sun will die in start of the match.
I'm getting the "voluntary monster"-vibe about Adam after this video. Think Itachi from Naruto.
Yeah, I don’t know what to believe anymore
I begin to see your point
Thanks I now view things differently
Favourite rwby youtuber by the way
I like the happy music in the background while talking about possibly the least liked character in the show
This is what we call "Good cop, Bad cop"
in some ways it would be like (anime spoiler)
Code Geass (at least until season 3)
So what you're stating is that Adam has become the monster that both sides fear and sought out to never make. But have managed to create.
And hear I thought you were thinking like Adam for a second.
this actually makes complete sense to me. no one (who is sane) wants to be enslaved. so when the options are:
1. be slaves 2. be equals . the vast majority would rather be equals. its one of the few peices of "common sense" that actually is common.
(Wow that sounded pathetic XD)
why does that suddenly work .-. holy hecc
like whoa omggg
No
Not gonna lie, i misread the title and thought it said:
"How Adam saved The Funhaus"
What i think is maybe his plan is like Milliardo Peacecraft from Gundam Wing. Maybe his end game is equality however the people of both races need something to hate. I dont like Adam but i do see them walking almost the same path. Intentionally or not that remains to be seen.
I still wonder what is the planet a remnant of.
