Caution: Scaling 3D Printed Helmets!

  • When scaling a 3D printed mask or helmet the magnet holes end being too big in diameter and depth. The depth is more critical and I'm sharing 3 methods to assure better part connections. If the magnet are spaced too far apart it will not hold the parts together as well as when the magnets actually touch.
    Let me know if you've faced this challenge and how you corrected it.
