Almost like you could just drive the car.

Is this stock openpilot? The compatibility chart on their website says it can't do resume from stop. How are you able avoid it disengaging after 3 seconds?

Stop and go works with a toggle. On a manual park brake. Subaru fork.

@@DavidKK4GAF Sorry, I'm confused. What toggle and what does manual parking brake have to do with it? I see from other comments that you use the ClockeNessMnstr fork but I thought longitudinal gas/brake wasn't possible with just software. I have a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek 2.0i Premium with manual parking brake. Would that work with this fork and just the comma unit, harness, and no other hardware mods?

@@paulgemperlein626 OP has a toggle screen for option. The toggle activates stop and go for the manual park brake. I used another fork after Clockenessmnstr. I no longer own a Crosstrek. As long as you have Eyesight it should work.

@@DavidKK4GAF Awesome, thank you. Still unclear to me why only manual parking brake works but that's what I have so we're all good. Seems like pretty much everything is possible including FSD. I think you were using the martinl fork for FSD from what I can tell. That would be awesome but I need to research and figure out what is currently the best fork for balancing capability and reliability. martinl Feature-subaru-long seems dicey. Thanks again though, your videos are a great resource.

@@paulgemperlein626 Long disables the factory braking features. It is very jerky. On the highway it would never get up to speed. OP is only a driver assist not FSD.
