I've been blessed to take a few workshops with Frey Faust 20 years ago. This great video reminds me of those great times... The feeling provided by dancing his moves (or even some clumsy version of them!) is beyond words. Centering, body architecture, rotations, well-being, lightness, effortlessness (!?), meditation, wholeness... hardly begin to cover it. His axis syllabus system has been a revelation for me - still is. Besides he performs it with such a perfection that I can't get why it/he hasn't made a more major breakthrough in the dance world than among the lucky few who have come across his way?... And since I've just realised you are the uploader of this video, Frey: THANK YOU for all you taught me back then!
