Very interesting, I was not aware of this Monorail. The trains look like conventional transit cars, hanging from an overhead beam!

Yeah its like a rollercoaster. There is another hanging monorail on the north of Tokyo somewhere too.

Maybe there's a way to climb up on top, I can see some latters and viewpoints on some parts

They will use a fire truck if the train gets stranded, although this hasn't happened in the 50 years the monorail has operated. The company organizes a joint practicing event with the local fire department to prepare for an emergency every year.
