I love the arc of Anakin, but I think that the story of Kreia was better, since she was the jedi Arren Kae, fought on the mandalorian wars, become Darth Traya, was betrayed by her students (Sion and Nihilus) and become the mentor of Meetra Surik in order to show her her vision of the force. At the end she tried to convince the jedi to saw the truth about the force, but their arrogance and blindness made her cut their conection to the force and they prefered to DIE to be alive without the force...

Honestly, the reason why I love star wars (the prequels and OT) is that it is such a tragedy. Even though some may agree that episodes 1-3 arent the best in terms of scriptwriting, no one that likes Star Wars can deny how tragic it is to see the rise and fall of the hero Anakin Skywalker. And that is also why the 6th movie carries so much weight when he actually does redeem himself.

What I remember about the Rise of the Empire is... About how quiet it was... During the waning hours of the Clone Wars, the 501st Legion was discreetly transferred back to Coruscant. It was a silent trip... We all knew what was about to happen, what we were about to do. Did we have any doubts? Any private, traitorous thoughts? Perhaps, but we never said a word... Not on the flight to Courscant, Not when Order 66 went down, And not when we marched into the Jedi Temple... *Not a word.*
Perhaps the most heartbreaking fact about Anakin's horrendous act is that unlike Jedi Council, younglings and padawans, like Caleb Dume (later Kanan Jarrus) idolized Skywalker as the greatest Jedi Knight ever, a paragon of hope, peace and everything else Jedi stands for (much like a previous generation saw Dooku before he left Jedi Order), who would save them during Order 66, only to... And don't know what's more tragic: that Anakin was not aware of that adoration or he did not care about it, because he was too much occupied with the war, his love for Padme and resentment towards the Jedi Council (and maybe with it the whole order).
