Luckily I picked 76226 - reminds me more of a sleepy place that is growing(Argyle, Lantana, Bartonville, Justin, North Lake). 30 mins to DFW via surface streets. TX is very slow to build infrastructure to support growth in this area - traffic is really bad for now during peak hours. If you are working at Schwab/Fidelity/TD Ameritrade this is very close. Plus, minutes from SouthLake{central market, Trader Joe's, Sprout, Costco) WestLake - minutes from one of the priciest areas with lots of good shopping.
If you click the button that says "layers" in the bottom left corner you can show the map with satelitte view. Its sometimes a few years out of date but shows what it looks like better, imo.

I’m considering Wylie since it’s close to Plano but less expensive. I retire in 6 -7 years and want out of Mesquite.

Wylie…home of The Coyotes.
Thanks for watching!
What does that mean? Lol
@@noeeortiz9073 Wylie High School’s mascot should be the Coyotes.
@@justicegusting2476 why? Is there lots of coyotes in Wylie or something?
@@noeeortiz9073
Haven’t you ever watched the Road Runner cartoons?? Wile E. Coyote is one of the main characters. Do I have to explain everything?
The way they are expanding is depressing. Drab, cheaply built, overpriced houses. Dallas is lame af.
Thank you for tuning in!
