One of the best explanations on 4 probe methods. kudos.. great work

Why we apply correction factor when S>>t ?
Some people say to remove contact resistance and you said conact resistance is already removed then when we apply G7 factor now I am confused resistivity not depend on dimensions so how resistivity change with thickness used

1)Why we use Point probe can we used wide probe 2) can we measure voltage from outer and current from inner probe 3) If current not constant then what happnen become where we measure voltage current not flows pelase clear this

can't you just measure the voltage at point 2 and 3 and subtract them to get the voltage across them? for four probe method.

Then it becomes similar to two probe method.

How we are saying that contact resistance is zero in 4 probe ? Clearly we can see current is coming after passing from contact resistance in both cases

Contact resistance hai kya jo probe mai hai bo ya kuch or agar aisa hai toh phir voltage drop nhi hoga 2,3 mai kyuki current negligible or flow hi nhi krega
