Niagra block:Volvo VHD palfinger PK 11001 taking construction waste K2

Me and my family decided to take a trip to the east coast and we are currently paying a visit to Ontario Canada to take a view of Niagra falls and this is close to the US and Canada border and this will be my very first Canadian truck Ik for 1 it’s not a garbage truck but more of a truck from a construction company and this was while we where walking and Ik I’ve found maybe a few construction roll offs but figured why not a crane truck and really like the mascot of a caveman as well the truck has a load bed and also has a palfinger crane and what makes this interesting is the fact the truck dumps the can filled with construction waste in the bed with an attached chain to it as well and this was located at a shopping center and whats Canada without the red maple leaf yeah this is at another shopping center right in front of the falls as well.
