Hi Matt, for these building through the drafts rebuilds you should definitely look at investing more in your prospect scouting. I know when I’m going through a rebuild, if you hire yourself a good head scout and a couple of domestic and foreign scouts you get a much better read on prospects in the draft and makes it less of a guessing game when drafting
If you have certain players with deficiencies try and use the badge mentorships and give the players a significant boost in those areas. It's helps my personal rebuilds it may do the same for you.
