  • This is project that I found started in my shop but for whatever reason, I didn't finish it. I had to figure out where I left off then thought it is a project best left for the small shop. I goofed on the top but with today's tools, there's always a way to fix a problem. Got to use my new Ridgid trim router on this project.

    Another good job on this clock. What is the clock face made of? Looks like copper?

      It is a very thin piece of copper adhered to a piece of hardboard. All scrap oak in that piece.

    I wasn't liking the design of this clock til the clock face went in, then it pulled it all together. Then it all made sense. You seem to be a very meticulous craftsman, job well done!

      Thanks. It's the same with picture frames - they never look good until the picture is put in.
