Stay off someone else's property, and you wouldn't have this issue. It was clearly gated, and if it was free space, as you say, you wouldn't have just been "yep, sure thing" and left. If you were honestly somewhere where you're free to ride, you would have argued your side of things.
I think the problem is that farmers have robberies quite often and the robbers go scouting on mopeds and stuff as a scout, as a farmer myself, i get suspicious of vans and bikes coming to mine.

Plus there are plenty fields with livestock in that are roadside. If you look at the vid these guys are just trying too have fun, the farmer could approach them reasonably. Look how the farmers made the people react, they rush away trying too stay out of trouble. Just nicely and firmly tell them they need too leave and if you really wanna be sure follow them off your property, chat with them on the way whatever just dont jump out all angry

A strange moped having the nuts screwed out of it however, they aren't and it scares the fuck out of them. With your logic all dogs aren't scared by firearms because shooting dogs.. when those dogs need to be put through A LOT of training to get them used to gunfire to be that way. If the animal doesn't instantly recognise the sound, it will see it as a threat, theres a huge difference between them seeing the farmer they know jump in and fire up the tractor they know, and 2 random kids on 125's screaming through.. common sense man.

Absolutely not. farmers have to have a duty of care, indeed it's his land, however the farmer has to also consider genuine mistakes, it's very possible for someone to make a wrong turn and end up on his land, should that happen, and they get injured or worse, then the farmer will be in serious trouble.
