The medallion was hot from the fire. When he picked it up it burned the imprint into his hand. The Nazis were able to cast a replica medallion from the imprint which is why their medallion only had markings on one side and thus they were digging in the wrong spot.
The reason that Belloq and the Nazis take the Ark into the desert to open it is explained in the movie. They say that they want to open it here to make sure it contains the ten commandments. They don't want to take a chance of bringing it to Hitler, opening it there, and only then finding out that it's empty.
That was Belloq's excuse, which made sense. However, he had his own ambitions and hoped he could use the power of the ark to be an unstoppable force. He did not want to just hand it over and lose it. It cost him his life, though.
@@thorguffYes, Belloq did not like working for the Nazis - he says this to Indy earlier. But he chose to do it, knowing who the Nazis were. He had his own ambitions, but he was surrounded by Nazis here. There was no way he thought that he wouldn't have to hand the ark over to Hitler. The reason he gives - to open it first in the desert to make sure it's real instead of waiting to open it in front of Hitler - is a valid and true one.

Here's a fun anecdote you might enjoy. From a ScreenRant article: "While the scene is still in character for Indiana Jones as he exhaustedly pulls out the gun because he’s in a time crunch to find Marion Ravenwood (Karen Allen), the original plan for the sequence was markedly different. Spielberg originally intended for Indy to engage in a sword fight with the instigator, though behind-the-scenes troubles on set changed the minds of those involved. At the time of filming the scene, Harrison Ford and much of the crew were extremely sick with dysentery, so filming a long fight scene would have been too taxing. Ford suggested Indy just “shoot the sucker” instead, to which director Steven Spielberg obliged."
The Ark is definitely the most iconic artifact in Indiana Jones. It's holy power was brilliantly foreshadowed when Indy showed the government agents a picture of the Ark and mentioned "lightning, fire, power of God". What we saw in the climax was exactly what Indy had said to the agents and it is both mighty and terrifying. I always figured that the ghosts of the Ark mark those that had their eyes open, the lightning strikes them down and then the fire incinerates the bodies leaving no trace of anything left. As for Indy and Marion keeping their eyes closed, it makes sense that Indy would have done his research on the Ark by looking it up in the Bible which does state that no man can look upon God and live which also applies to the Ark if it's opened so keeping their eyes closed shows they respected God for doing so which spared their lives.

It's amazing this film was rated PG considering what happens to Belloq and the Nazis when the Ark is opened. At the time there was no PG-13 rating so it was either G, PG or R. For a lot of young kids seeing this movie, seeing those melting faces scarred a lot of us. The next movie - Temple of Doom - pushes the boundaries even further, helping to create the PG-13 rating.
This is the first I have heard someone who was a kid then claim to be "scarred" by that scene, but I know those kinds of kids were out there. They obviously grew up to be the parents of the gentle kids today.
The standards were much more lax in those days. Several PG movies from back then would even be R-rated today I think. "Beastmaster" is one that totally traumatized me with its extreme violence and overall very disturbing tone. I still loved it though. You could even have pretty significant nudity and still get PG-rated in those days. "Clash of the Titans" (1981) is one of several examples. The "Andromeda Strain" contains significant nudity and violence and was somehow G-rated. Compare that to "The King's Speech" which was rated R because it says the F-word too many times in a scene where it's absolutely necessary to say it because of the plot.
@@thorguffThere were a lot of kids horrified by the melting-faces scene, and there were a lot parents horrified by it - not because it personally horrified them but because they brought their kids to see a PG-rated adventure movie and didn't expect to see literal faces melting in it.
@@Trip_FontaineThe movie Airplane! came out in 1980 and got a PG-rating, and there's a scene where a naked woman runs in front of the camera and all you can see are her breasts. There's a lost a lot of sexual innuendo. I've watched more than reaction video of that film where the reactors ask "How is this a PG rated movie?" The ratings system is messed up. If you say "fuck" just once then you can get a PG-13 rating, even if the movies contains lots of violence. But if you say "fuck" two times or more, it's an R-rating. On the commentary track for Gosford Park, Robert Altman said he deliberately put a bunch of "fuck"s in the dialogue because he wanted the movie to be rated R and "I didn't want a bunch of teenagers seeing my movie. But there is nothing else in the movie to justify the R-rating - it's a murder mystery but the murder is offscreen and there little to none blood or guts, and no nudity or sex. But the American ratings system thinks it's ok for teenagers to see sex and violence, but there's no way they can hear the word "fuck" more than once.
I named my dog Indiana. I picked that name out when I was 9 after watching all 3 Indiana Jones movies. I got him when I was 30. He’s a 6 year old solid black shepherd. We go on many adventures together.
Indiana Jones is in a real way a super hero. Wearing the suit and tie, he’s in his secret identity posing as Dr Jones, the professor. When he switches into this fedora, leather jacket, etc, he is the Superhero Indy, where he gets his ass kicked half the time and still holds his own in the fight and finds a way to win out in the end.
After the map room scene they are suddenly free again because a small detail that's lost is that Sallah is the main Egyptian in charge of the excavation. So of course they let him go to then return later, but it's not that clear how he 'gets away', because he doesn't have to, they let him go.
Great reaction to a classic movie! Good old Pat Roach, British actor, bodybuilder, and wrestler who appeared in all three Indiana Jones movies and died in each one of them, twice in this one. He played one of the Sherpas in the gunfight at the bar and the brawny German boxer at the airplane, dying as each. In Temple of Doom he was the Thugee who regretted having the extra long sash that led to his most gruesome (thankfully unseen) death. And in Crusade his death ended up on the cutting room floor, but he is seen briefly escorting an SS officer to the zeppelin. He also had a major supporting role in Willow, where he played the evil General Kael, his face hidden behind a skull mask on his helmet all movie. I love that the Ark knew that those who opened it were evil, so it destroyed all who looked on it and then their bodies were . . . removed . . . so that nothing of the impure remained. Which is almost more terrifying. There were dozens of men. And now there is nothing to show that they were even there. The shot at the end of this gigantic warehouse filled with thousands upon thousands of crates was what inspired the creators of the very good and fun SyFy show Warehouse 13, which is also absolutely worth watching. 🙂
This is a perfect movie. The script, the casting, the acting, it all fits together perfectly. One MINOR mistake was, when Marion hit Indy with the mirror and he screamed, they forgot to put in the sound of a boat horn. This was supposed to block out the scream so Marion wouldn't hear it, which is why she said, "what did you say?" Without it, she DEFINITELY would have heard him. But a minor quibble. It's just so great. Thanks for the video!
Seeing the joy and that smile with Ames going back to her happy childhood memories was beautiful with this reaction to this classic. Made me smile.✓ Cheer's Ames your Gorgeous.x 🇬🇧
34:31 I don't know if anyone's mentioned it, but there are like two basic rules about the Ark that they took from the Bible: you're not supposed to look at what's inside it once it's sealed for the first time, and you're not supposed to touch it. That's why Indy and Sallah used the poles to take it out of the altar in the Well of Souls. I believe the Imam mentions it in cut dialogue, but I'm not 100% certain.
Yes. That is Doc Ock! I have watched a reaction to this movie quite a few times and you are the only one that noticed it! Yes, that is the same room they go into in The Crystal Skull. You are on the ball, lady!!! Keep up the good work!!
Great movie. Loved your reaction. FYI the medallion was fire hot when the Nazi grabbed it, the imprint was burned into his palm, thats why Maryann used a cloth to retrieve it.
@@holddowna This is also why the Nazis were digging in the wrong place... they only had one side of the medallion, burned into Toht's flesh, to go on. Indiana Jones had both sides, which further explained how long the staff should be and at what area of the map room to place the medallion.
You share my enjoyment of these movies. I wish I still had my wife to watch them with and share them with. These movies are better with others. Hard to believe so much time has passed since then. I was in Jr High lol.
I love your reactions to the movies much more than others doing their reactions, excellent comments, I've been looking your reaction to the temple of doom, but I haven't found it. Greetings from Chile
Okay I love your reaction of movies. I have my daughters watch alot of the same movies I grew up with too. Love your videos. Love you for doing these. Hearts all the way.
Crystal Skull is pretty fun. When I watched it the first time years and years ago, it kinda went through my head. But watching it again recently, holy crap! There are a lot of cool shots and stunts in it that I didn't remember was there 😂 And also, ancient aliens!!!
Thank you for sharing the fun you had watching Raiders of the Lost Ark. Here's a funny thing--I had trouble with my willing suspension of disbelief over small things such as the wrong pistols and rifles and the presence of uniformed "Afrika Korps" soldiers in pre-WW2 Egypt (then part of the British Empire) but was okay with the supernatural effects of the Ark. That's like gulping down a boulder but gagging on grains of sand. The movie was strong enough to overcome my disbelief and I enjoyed watching it anyway.
So much bloody fun. I love it. This is also the second video I’ve seen that you’ve mentioned Zelda. Just when I thought that you couldn’t get any cooler. How great would it be to see Indy have to dress up in that gerudo outfit just to infiltrate their town?
The reason why Indiana Jones says not to look at it. It is because only Moses his brother Aaron and Aaron's sons were the only ones allowed to look upon the contents of the Ark of the Covenant. No one else was allowed
to explain for everyone confused about tasting the poison. its important to test the freshness to identify where and when potential attacjers may be, tasting the poison from a poison dart won't affect you if its digested. its the kind o poison that needs to get to your blood stream through piercing the skin. digesting it diassolves in your stomach acids.
It's a common trope in movies that if you find something you think is poison then you can safely touch it and taste your fingers and recognize the poison, but if you quickly spit it out you won't be poisoned yourself.
32:32 YOU NOTICED IT!!!! hahahahhaa!!!!! I love how this has become such a legendary scene. I think they've even asked the actor (Paul Freemon), and he doesn't even remember. lol
And yes they bring Sallah back. Not only in Last Crusade and the newest one, but he is the one who tells you how to use your seatbelts on the Indiana Jones ride at Disneyland 😊
@@holddowna Sallah is in the trailer for Dial of Destiny so I wouldn't consider it a spoiler. Now the DoD trailer doesn't tell you that Indy actually died at the end of Crusade and the next 2 films were just dreams, so if I told you that, *that* would be a spoiler ... oh wait, I've said too much.

You know the 4th one is not as bad as they say. Yes it Alfred Molina who played Doc Ock. This was his first movie. 🎥 In 1926 he was 27 she was 17 and his boss was her father. Marion theme is very close to Leias theme.
Indiana Jones is an antihero. He’s not the perfect depiction of good. That’s what makes him interesting. He’s done bad things in the past. Flawed heroes are always better than the cheesier alternative.
Don't know if anyone else mentioned this but you have to go back and watch the scene where Harrison Ford and Sir John Reese Davis pull the Ark out of the stone box in the snake tomb. There is a picture of C3P0 and R2-D2 on the wall behind Indiana.
During the scene where Indy opens up the lid to the Ark of the Covenant, you can spot C-3PO and R2-D2 engraved on the pillar. The one decorated with a large gold snake at Indy’s right.
I was either 16 or 17 when my older brother and I saw this in the theater. It was quite the journey. This is the one I have watched the most, but I only needed to watch The Crystal Skull once to know it wasn't my cup of tea. I haven't been to Disney World since '82. I think Space Mountain was their biggest, scariest ride back then. It always blows my mind to think of all the time that has gone by. 🍿😊
"How could the other guy not touch it?" - Ummm.....you mean why couldn't he touch the metal thing that had been sitting right in the middle of a blazing fire? Have you ever tried grabbing a super-heated piece of metal? lol
I’m glad you enjoyed the movie. It’s a classic 80s movie that I could seriously watch over and over again! The reason the bad guys couldn’t touch the medallion was simple because it was hot. Once it’s cooled down anything can touch it.
I remember seeing this in the theater, I think 5, or 6 times. Yes, Satipo is Alfred Molina aka Doc Ock. The horrible thing that most don't put together was that 10 years ago, Indy had a falling out with Dr. Ravenwood. We learn later that it was over Marion. Marion is 24 in the movie... Makes it a bit creepy, given her comment that she was "...just a child. [She] was in LOVE!" In 2008, her age was retconned to 27. BTW, $5,000 for the medallion would be $110,000 in today's money.
The guy you asked about, "Is he dead or taking a nap?" Is a remnant of a deleted scene, where Indy knocks out a guard who was standing next to the block Indy moved out of the way.
I love that u posted a sweet light hearted fun movie - the last few reactions were epic but very emotionally consuming, this was just what I needed 😊 thanks Ames!!
It is quick to miss, when indy and Sallah are removing the stone cover from the ark, on the post that is on the left side of the frame, there is a hieroglyph of R2-D2 and C-3P0

Alfred Molina did a great job with the tarantulas. The wrangler (yes, there is such a thing as a tarantula wrangler) placed tarantula after tarantula on him and he said he was doing his best to contain his freakout as each tarantula was placed. The thing is each one was a male and they didn't do anything but hang out until the wrangler placed one female on him and then they all started going wild. The result is what you see in the finished film.
I've watched a bunch of reactions of Indiana Jones movies on YT but Ames you always manage to put your own unique perspective and style on these. Any chance will see you in the hat and whip for the next three Indy movies??? I think it's you!! 😁
The Ark of the Covenant was sacred to the Israelites. A chest made of acacia wood and covered with gold, inside were Aaron's rod, a jar of manna (which fed the twelve tribes in the desert), and, I believe, the tablets of the Law. The Ark travelled with the tribes during their wandering years; no one was permitted to touch it except Levites. To do so was to die. As part of the travelling Temple, it was placed in the Holy of Holies, into which only the high priest was allowed to enter, and that only once per year, to make intercession for the people. During that time, the Presence came down and sat on the Mercy Seat, on top of the Ark.
I saw this in the theater as a kid and there was another movie about the same time called "In Search of Historic Jesus Christ" and it talked about the pursuit to find another such ark that contained the burial shrouds of Jesus. I think they held up as well as the Ten Commandments and were reduced to "sand" as well. As a kid in the 80's I heard about the Spear of Destiny and other artifacts like these, and my take was governments traveling the world to find magical items of historical and religious significance to help them rule the world. Thanks to the Indiana Jones movies, I walked away with a great deal of skepticism for magic, religion AND governments.
'81, the year I graduated High School. The guide at the beginning of the movie, betrays Indiana, then dies on the spike trap, is Alfred Molina. Aka Doc Oc from Spiderman.
Indiana Jones inspired my younger self to be adventurous and see more of the world than my city. Disney world does a indiana Jones show on stage performed by Harrison fords real stunt man. He performs the famous scenes throughout the series and talks a little about working on set with ford!
25:03 Fun fact: they didn't tell Karen Allen what they were going to do for that scene just so she would have the most genuine reaction. And boy, did she.

There's a lost a lot of sexual innuendo. I've watched more than reaction video of that film where the reactors ask "How is this a PG rated movie?"
The ratings system is messed up.
Omg Indy is my top dog names of all times but none have been an Indy yet. Only a Jedi❤️
“We named the dog Indiana”
Indiana Jones is in a real way a super hero. Wearing the suit and tie, he’s in his secret identity posing as Dr Jones, the professor. When he switches into this fedora, leather jacket, etc, he is the Superhero Indy, where he gets his ass kicked half the time and still holds his own in the fight and finds a way to win out in the end.
Harrison Ford is the only actor I know of who starred in 3 major franchises all about the same time! Han, Indy, and Deckerd from Bladerunner!
Wow!
He played Jack Ryan (from the Tom Clancy novels) in two films also- Patriot Games, and Clear and Present Danger.
Saw this in the theater when it first came out in 1981, on my 11th birthday. This is still my favorite movie of all time!
So COOL!!
@13:07 Because things get hot when they lie in fire.
Right 😅🙃🤪
This is a perfect movie.
@2:10 Yes, that is Alfred Molina about 24 years younger before he played Doc Ock in Spider-Man 2 (2004)
In his first credited role, that he got just before he gave up on acting altogether.
He also was Bishop Aringarosa in The DaVinci Code
Thanks for reminding me I need to watch the Last Crusade for the first time in my life before watching the new one in theatres!
U must!
Seeing the joy and that smile with Ames going back to her happy childhood memories was beautiful with this reaction to this classic. Made me smile.✓ Cheer's Ames your Gorgeous.x 🇬🇧
Thanks for watching!!!!!!!😊☺️
Are used to work at the Indiana Jones ride one of my favorite jobs ever!
So COOL!
Fun reaction 🙂 One of the best trilogies in film history.
Srsly! Thanks for watching !
This movie is another reason Im such a big fan of Harison Ford, Steven Spielberg, and George Lucas.
Ditto!!!
'Ive the memory of a sieve' the joy watching good films multiple times for the first time lol
LOLOL!!! just been so long since I’ve seen soo many amazing movies!
Great movie. Loved your reaction. FYI the medallion was fire hot when the Nazi grabbed it, the imprint was burned into his palm, thats why Maryann used a cloth to retrieve it.
Thank u!! I realized this after 🤪
@@holddowna This is also why the Nazis were digging in the wrong place... they only had one side of the medallion, burned into Toht's flesh, to go on. Indiana Jones had both sides, which further explained how long the staff should be and at what area of the map room to place the medallion.
@@dan_hitchman007 yes! I think I say that later in the reaction :) thanks!
The Ren & Stimpy quote was awesome! Made me legit laugh out loud!
You share my enjoyment of these movies. I wish I still had my wife to watch them with and share them with. These movies are better with others. Hard to believe so much time has passed since then. I was in Jr High lol.
I love these! Glad to share!
I love your reactions to the movies much more than others doing their reactions, excellent comments, I've been looking your reaction to the temple of doom, but I haven't found it. Greetings from Chile
This reaction was just as fun as the ride ❤
Thank u! I had so much fun!
They'll never me a movie hero equal to Indiana Jones again
Video taping didn't arrive until the 1950's. The guys recording the ritual were filming.
Tomato tomato 😜 but ur right!
Indiana jones movies is awesome
Except for Dial of Destiny
All time classic! Thanx !!
And when you get tears in your eyes it just breaks my heart
Great reaction as always. I grew up with these as well, and my go to was Temple of Doom..prob b/c the kid was in it.
Can’t wait to watch it! I do not remember it!!!
The medallion was sitting in fire in the bar, so when the guy picked it up it burnt his hand, which branded the one side of the medallion into it.
Correct😅 I was on another planet 😅
to explain for everyone confused about tasting the poison. its important to test the freshness to identify where and when potential attacjers may be, tasting the poison from a poison dart won't affect you if its digested. its the kind o poison that needs to get to your blood stream through piercing the skin. digesting it diassolves in your stomach acids.
Thanks!
It's a common trope in movies that if you find something you think is poison then you can safely touch it and taste your fingers and recognize the poison, but if you quickly spit it out you won't be poisoned yourself.
I'm so happy you are watching Indy. I can't wait for you to see Temple of Doom
32:32 YOU NOTICED IT!!!! hahahahhaa!!!!! I love how this has become such a legendary scene. I think they've even asked the actor (Paul Freemon), and he doesn't even remember. lol
I just found a new favourite reactor. Not only are you Canadian but you’re impressively smart too. Thank you for this.
Haha smart sometimes lol thanks for watching!!!
Lmfao 😂 at the same time as you I watched him eat that bug in character and said the same thing!!
And yes they bring Sallah back. Not only in Last Crusade and the newest one, but he is the one who tells you how to use your seatbelts on the Indiana Jones ride at Disneyland 😊
Well that’s spoiler for the new one haha but I’m not mad
And I don’t remember that about the ride! I was so lil’
@@holddowna Probably my favorite ride at Disneyland also.
Oh and I just found your channel last night. Subscribed.
@@adammakesstuffup WELCOMEEEEEEE to the crew! Thanks for being here! U can’t to relive my childhood and go back !!!
I love your reactions so much, very insightful, your attention to detail is pretty amazing - did you ever end up posting a reaction to last crusade? I couldn't find it, looked on Patreon also
No I haven’t re watched the other 2 yet!
@@holddowna my best memory is my mom pulling me out of school early to watch last crusade to a mostly empty theater. Red vines , soda , Dolby surround sound while my peasant friends were in geometry class. Good times happy place. 😂
That Truck chase just can’t be beat. Still holds up
You should go back to the Indiana Jones movies! Finish them! It would be great! I love your reactions!
@christhornycroft3686 No they aren't. Tired of male directors and their fans making excuses for this pedo crap.
Same composer.
Don't know if anyone else mentioned this but you have to go back and watch the scene where Harrison Ford and Sir John Reese Davis pull the Ark out of the stone box in the snake tomb. There is a picture of C3P0 and R2-D2 on the wall behind Indiana.
If I were Indy, and God spared me, and burned off the ropes, too…. I’d have a massive shift in perspective.
🥲🙃
Ren Hoek, Peaches and Herb...love it
During the scene where Indy opens up the lid to the Ark of the Covenant, you can spot C-3PO and R2-D2 engraved on the pillar. The one decorated with a large gold snake at Indy’s right.
WHAT! Really?
@@holddowna Yea, you will have to look it up online, or have a 4k copy of this to see. It's easier to do an internet search.
29:25 Look closely at the passenger's side front seat. One of the greatest/silliest movie illusions.
HAHAHAHA!! Nice catch
"How could the other guy not touch it?" - Ummm.....you mean why couldn't he touch the metal thing that had been sitting right in the middle of a blazing fire? Have you ever tried grabbing a super-heated piece of metal? lol
😌🙃🙃🙃
I’m glad you enjoyed the movie.
It’s a classic 80s movie that I could seriously watch over and over again!
The reason the bad guys couldn’t touch the medallion was simple because it was hot. Once it’s cooled down anything can touch it.
Thanks for watching!! Yes I for sure didn’t get that I dunno what I was on about 😂
I remember seeing this in the theater, I think 5, or 6 times.
[She] was in LOVE!"
In 2008, her age was retconned to 27.
BTW, $5,000 for the medallion would be $110,000 in today's money.
Thanks for this comment!
I don't remember Marion being 24 and I also watched the original release. I've always thought she was a university freshman and he her teacher.
The guy you asked about, "Is he dead or taking a nap?" Is a remnant of a deleted scene, where Indy knocks out a guard who was standing next to the block Indy moved out of the way.
Cool!
Hi from Sheffield Yorkshire England first of all can i start start by saying i love tou and all your reactions
“I wouldn’t want the bad juju on me” ahhh I loved it 😂😂😂❤ killed me 😂
BAHAHHAHA 😝
I love that u posted a sweet light hearted fun movie - the last few reactions were epic but very emotionally consuming, this was just what I needed 😊 thanks Ames!!
Love the last scene, think ‘Warehouse 13.’
It is quick to miss, when indy and Sallah are removing the stone cover from the ark, on the post that is on the left side of the frame, there is a hieroglyph of R2-D2 and C-3P0
For a quick boost of positive energy, I pull up the clip of Harrison and Ke's reunion hug on stage.
HONESTLY UNREAL! Ke’s vibe is life!
But I don’t remember doom at all so re watching will be magical! Thanks for watching!
I'll watch when I'm off work in the morning 🙌🏻

That helps me be able to run very easily in all of my heels, including my collection of 7 inch Ballet heels! I can also stand and or walk in my Ballet heels or my Ponygirl boots for several hours at a time while I am hooked up to my Ponygirl cart. That makes it impossible to fall or sit! 👗👗👠👠❤❤👱♀👱♀
Lolol! That’s awesome
I must get the hat! And a whip (an ode to catwoman) but I have to go to Disneyland!!!!

I’m just starting my channel I have so much to cover!
@@holddowna I would love to see you watch the 3 other Alien movies and the 'His Dark Materials' TV series
Those are angels on top of the ark, BTW
Ahhhh!!
I never knew! But you're right! That is Alfred Molina or Doc Ock in the intro! 🤓
Great reaction 🔥💯
Thanks! I loved it!
I was 8 i think when this came out so probably perfect age to get the hype haha
🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Remember watching it on ABC Monday Night Movie and also end of the semester in high school over 3 days in freshman English.
This was pure and utter fun 😂❤
Right!!!!
'81, the year I graduated High School. The guide at the beginning of the movie, betrays Indiana, then dies on the spike trap, is Alfred Molina. Aka Doc Oc from Spiderman.
You have a wonderful enthusiasm about you.
Thanks I was so excited to revisit this movie :)
Indiana Jones inspired my younger self to be adventurous and see more of the world than my city. Disney world does a indiana Jones show on stage performed by Harrison fords real stunt man. He performs the famous scenes throughout the series and talks a little about working on set with ford!
Cool!
I'm *SO* glad that I was a kid in the early 90s. George Lucas and Steven Spielberg are responsible for my childhood haha
25:03 Fun fact: they didn't tell Karen Allen what they were going to do for that scene just so she would have the most genuine reaction. And boy, did she.
When the ride at Disneyland first opened I wasn’t tall enough (they measured you up to the snake) now I’m 6’5” 😂 I had an Indy birthday party when I was 10, and recently I decided I need one of the real hats that they make custom in the UK (as soon as I have $600 to spare 😬) and just like you Last Crusade was the one I watched the most (but my older sister got me a vhs of Temple of Doom when I was 4 and I wore that out too) gosh I love this trilogy ❤
