you will need :
Hammer and metal vide or plate
4 mm rivets
4 /5 mm leather lace
Button, beading wire & miscellaneous beads for bracelet
.
Directions:
Measure loop of leather around button and determine how much you will need to slide leather around button for closure.
Fold leather over with loop for a button on one end and punch holes with a small space for button to pass through weather loop.
folds tails of cut leather over to form a second loop leaving enough space for jump ring. Punch holes on that side of leather and have both sides of leather and holes lay over the top of each other. Leave enough space for jump ring, and buttons to go through loops.
add flat part of rivet base, push through all holes punched through leather.
add top part of rivet, slide over rivets base stem
Lay leather, flat on metal vice, hold with one hand & be careful to not hammer your hand by accident, hammer over the top of the rivet, straight down, not at an angle, or it will not sit properly. Hammer it enough to flatten the rivet, but not too hard.
trim, leather ends if needed.
add beading wire, wire guard, crimp, crimp cover into jump ring & add through one side of leather loop, bead wire, close when finished, add jump ring to button back & you’ve created a bracelet! Check out my RUclips channel for a more detailed video on how to use riveting for jewelry creations.

Thank you 🙏
Cute bracelet! I have rivets & a hole punch and I've never used them. Thanks for reminding me & inspiring me!
Yay!!
Pretty easy. What type of leather cutters were you using, they look nice and sharp. I have rivets as it turns out you hammer flat to form back portion....going to practice on leather scraps!
