Python listen, forget rexes and instead use and breed megatheriums since they have a boost against bugs including the broodmother. The best strat you had was the yutyrannus. This is optional but you can also have a daedon which will heal your megatheriums but shred through food. Finally, put saddles on the megatheriums since it will make them tank more damage (bonus tip: try and get 18 megatheriums, 1 daeodon and the yutyrannus to get a full 20). Otherwise you’re doing it perfectly :). Like so python sees

You needed to put saddles on each rex, the amount of defense you get from them are way more then you think. Also a few megatherium in the mix would of been a dead spider
Python a tip I can give to u is get saddles for all the dinos you use, 2nd of all you can also get 3 daedons to help you out to heal the dinos, however give them lots of food as it drains there food level, 3rd dont rush your plan, only going in with 10 rexs is risky so use 1 yute 3 daedons and 16 rexes and level their health and melee damage and with this plan you will definitely succeed. You can also use woolly rhinos instead of rexes. Like so he can see

Python the best tips for boss fights is to have the max amount of tames you can bring in. 1 yutyrannus for buffing, 1 deadon for healing and megatherium for the broodmother or rexs for yhe other boss fights. Make sure everything has a saddle! The higher quality the saddle the better. Tame highest level you can and get your rexs to at least 15k-20k health since they arent mutated and put the rest in melee.
Tbh, I thought u we’re gonna destroy the broodmother because it was gamma, and I fought it with 19 spinos, and I yuty, and I fought alpha. Only difference was, you were grossly underprepared. Get them all to at least 15k HP next time.
Megatheriums (spelt right?) have an increased meelee when fughting bugs, when they kill the Araneos they get that buff and combined with yutys coruage buff they get mega strong!
Megatheriums are a good bet against the Brood Mother they can be found in the redwoods and get a buff when they kill a bug (Araneo for example) and saddles would help aswell. Good Luck!
Saddles and a lot more leveling (for some health for the Rexes, at least 10-12k so as to not lose too many) would have been perfect. Sorry for that huge loss, Python. Python therizeno are veggie and can heal faster and better then rex with cakes. They also attack faster and deal only a slight less dmg. Also I forgot the name but theres a pig that has an aoe heal effect.

Python, some tips for you: - use a full army (19 rexes and 1 yutyrannyus) it will help immensely in the fight. -make sure everything has saddles. Even if the saddles are only primitive. You can still benifit from the 20 points of armor that each saddle has. - make sure that your army completely circles the broodmother. Python there is this youtuber called Syntac. I would advice you to watch some of his vids of ultimate ark the island start breeding rexes for mutations, love the vids btw keep it up

If you want help going against this thing again there's certain dinosaurs that actually kill bugs and when you kill their mint her minions you get a boost in your damage
Python, find yourself a good saddle blue print, doesn't have to be ascendant, journeyman or mastercraft would work. There's a grind for resources to make them but it's worth it. Bring the full 20 dinos. Imprinting your dinos as they mature would help. Saddles on every dino for sure. Stay positive, you got it.

You could roll back your game, but if not, defs go megatheriums instead of rexs for broodmother, and always take 20 Dinos in. Better to have too many than too few. Highest level saddles you've got on everything.
A feeding trough, put one down and you'll be able to feed all the dinos in the immediate area without having to go into their individual inventories. You also need a Pumba pig, I can't remember the species name. The the warthog can heal your group but goes through meat at a tremendous rate. And you need to be riding the warthog for the fight to direct it when to heal.
Next time when you are going for a boss fight, hatch the rexes at your base, level them (both melee and health), give them saddles and then bring them with a cryopod to the obelisk and you are good to go. A daedon can be handy too, they heal your team.
For bosses. Your dinos need to have. Health 20k+ Melee 400+ And better saddles. No primitive saddles. And have male end females. For the spider use megatheriums, at leas two males and females and 4 T-Rex, They have to be full health. get good saddles from the caves lootdrops.. And get imprinted dinos if you can 100% this will help you alot. Good luck. Ohh ohh. The difference between gamma and alpha. More damage shorter time. 👌👍👋
Well my biggest tip is to join us on the [TIB] servers. I will help you learn more I am a admin on the servers and we welcome new plays we do have some mods and a discord for example if you put Forge next to building you have the Generator in not have to put gas in it. Python, look up mutations and mutate your rexes. Also for gamma probably 15000 health is enough but I'd go with 20000 to be safe. I also recommend levelling them a lot more by hatching a bunch of rex eggs and having the adult ones kill them. It sounds rlly horrible but it gives tonnes of xp.

You should tame a Daeodon as it has the ability to heal your other tames, but it needs a lot of food to keep going

you need better rexes and level them up a fair bit. Make sure you don't starve the creatures which doesn't heal, add saddles cause of armour.

You need to try to mutate your rexes. Syntac has a video on how to breed and mutate on his Channel I suggest you check it out

Python, use Rex saddles for more armor, using prime meat speeds up healing, and force feed them to increase the healing factor even more
