In Spiderman 2, you will come across a piano in the mission Funky while you're controlling the Spiderbot. What blew my mind is that the piano keyboard is actually accurate and fully functional, so you can try playing a song with the spider bit.
In Spiderman 2 there is two girls talking where one asks the other about advice on taking care of a baby since she has no experience being a babysitter. Really hilarious dialogue.
For the musical controller in Super Mario Wonder. There is also a detail like that in Kirby Star Allies where if you complete a certain stage, the controller can play the iconic Kirby theme. I think this works thanks to the HD rumble feature of the Switch controllers.
I have a voice acting background and have to say that Yuri Lowenthal's performance has been such an inspiration for me since the Prince of Persia Trilogy. The vocal training was really tough, sometimes without noticeable results for months but actors like him and the late Kevin Conroy are a great impulse to not give up. You almost saw me as Leon in those new RE games :) Speaking of Conroy, could you create a tribute to him? November 10th marked the first anniversary of his passing.

Little detail I spotted while playing through Fallout 3, Never noticed it before. If you are in the Metro (the one you enter to get to GNR), and you activate the Protectron, it will ask you for a ticket, and if you have a Metro Ticket in your inventory it will scan it and let you through. Idk what it does if you do not present a Metro Ticket.

I’ve played it on my PS4, but it should be on PS5 too, because of the mousepad. So if your driving Mona in Mementos, you can press on the touchpad and Mona will starting meowing/purring, which is basically your horn for Mona in van form.
Super Mario Party also uses the HD Rumble this way. When it's your character's turn, you'll hear them speak through your joycon. I believe Mario Kart 8 would also use it when you used your kart's horn as well.

For Video Game Easter Eggs/References to other Video Games: In Zombie Army 4's Ragnarok Part 2 DLC during the first "Survive the Ambush" objective, one of the characters, when giving story exposition about the beginning of the universe, says the line "In primordial space, timeless creatures made waves." This is referencing the exact same line from Marathon 2 of the famous Marathon series. (I will keep posting this until it shows up or get some form of acknowledgement, just to be sure.)

In Tales of Arise you can fall from high places and your character will fall over upon landing, however if you do it enough times your character will land it and celebrate a little.
In modern warfare 2019 in the mission highway of death you need to shoot a water melon and when you shoot it one person says "his fruit killing skills are remarkebale"

Considering the targeted audience for "Fortnite", are you really surprised that they attributed a "Psycho" reference to Michael Meyers? Hell, I've heard little kids point to Storm Trooper action figures in a section dedicated to "Star Wars" and claim that the movie ripped off the game. Kids don't know, hence the inaccurate easter eggs. Not bashing anyone who plays the game or the audience, just pointing out that developers rarely show children any sense of respect for their budding intelligence and put out lazier references as a result.
It's cool you mention that the controllers can play sound through them, as my first time with that was on the PS4 versions of my favorite series, God Eater. When you're out on mission and have no headset plugged in, and it doesn't matter if your tv is turned up or not, your handler will talk through your controller while all other sound goes through your tv.
