Honestly super proud of Puppet and Foxy for their efforts. They are both right.
Moon is doing all of this to punish himself. He knows he should’ve listened to Eclipse but he won’t admit that. He’s doing all of this for selfish reasons. But there is still time for him to come back. Hopefully.
Yes, thankfully Charlie and Foxy helped out Moon there a little and Moon did appreciate both of their help, especially Foxy's help. But hopefully he'll come around too and snap out of it, come home, apologize to his family, and maybe just maybe take the time to listen to what Eclipse has to say, from what Dark Sun told him, about the other option to bring back Solar.
It just occurred to me that Moon isn't even in the cognitive mindset to realize that Lunar is also technically in danger of being killed by the Astrals. Furthermore, Moon would essentially have no way of stopping Leo and Taurus from doing so either. And if they did end up killing Lunar, Moon would probably go into a worse mental state than he already is. Granted, Lunar is actually putting in the effort to change and control his powers and emotions. It's all a series of chain reactions that would ultimately lead to dire consequences if one doesn't snap out of their unstable frame of mind.

Moon ignoring Eclipse made him lose Solar, and in trying to bring Solar back, he's once again ignoring Eclipse, causing him to lose the rest of his family.

Edit: Foxy is such a good foil character to almost everyone else
Him and his “flaws” (no powers, smarts, strengths) make him someone who needs to be able to read a situation, or a person, to stay safe
And makes him such a fantastic person to talk with

Foxy is so good at cutting through the bullcrap, ego and dramatics and getting to the real heart of the matter. He doesn't realize how important him being 'just a guy' is to the entire crew.
But at least Moons confronting the real reasons why he's doing all this, even if he tries to justify it with more self-deprecation. You know, you talk yourself into believing that 'this is just the sort of bad person I am'... and people can't help their natures, right? Except thats bull. Moon is actively trying to change his nature for the worse.
Foxy was right. If Moon is going to be selfish, he should just realize that his actions are just that. No grand thing attached to that. No 'this is how Moons are cuz we are tragic and evil' type of emo dramatics. He just wants to do something selfish, knowing that it will hurt the people he cares about. I mean, I think there is genuine care for his family mixed in there. but his actions are not noble and at least Moon is the process of no longer trying to delude himself into believing that they are.
I love Moon, but I'm waiting for somebody to slap him. Honestly a physical fight might actually be good for him right now. Pull him out of his head.

I think Moon needs talk to Sun about it. Sun would relate to his situation because, he wanted to kill people too to make his family safe/happy. And right now Moon is doing the same thing. So I think Moon talking to Sun is the best option in here.

Okay gonna just say it:
Solar: if I had a nickle for every time someone had to die for me to live, I'd have 2 nickles. It's not mutch but it's disturbing it happend.
Thing that bothers me the most about what Moon is doing... is the fact that Old Moon said right before he reset himself was "goodbye Sun, I hope the new me is a better brother to you." And then his last words were "goodbye sun, I love you."
Yeah old Moon made new Moon to protect the others but doesn't that also mean to protect them FROM HIMSELF?
That's the biggest kicker. Really the biggest threat has always been Moon technically.
Then we see New Moon and see just how different he is (was). He watched what the old him's abuse impact Sun. He watched Sun lose it, spiral, hurt. For both losing old Moon, and old moon's abuse. He watched this...
Dude... I get you love Solar so much.... but your hurting Sun all over again. You're breaking old moon's last wish. "I hope I'm a better brother to you."
And that dream you lost Sun instead of Solar.

I don't think that Moon realizes that he's going down the same path that Sun did when Sun was set on killing Eclipse. And what did that do? It led to Sun accidentally destroying Moon's magic circle, trapping Moon in his own head with no way out. And to save Kill Code, Moon got reset (died) as a result And Eclipse managing to escape. So even if Moon actually succeeds in bringing Solar back, he might just lose someone else in the family. (and they haven't had any backups made, so they would be gone for good.)
MY RESPECT FOR FOXY AND PUPPET HAS SHOT UP IMMENSELY, THEY ACTUALLY HANDLED THIS SITUATION IN A WAY THAT WAS CALM AND MADE SENSE, LIKE HOW MOON SAID IT HIMSELF "your reasoning with me instead of shooting me down immediately", instead of what earth and sun said about how killing is bad no matter what despite the fact that both bloodmoon and ruin are deranged psychotic murderers, knowing full well they intend to harm people,in my opinion, i believe that ruin is the only one who deserves this fate, npt even bloodmoon deserves it, but ruin does after commiting the most heinous crime out of everyone in the entirety of the security breach show, that is why i respect them much more now. Also i wonder if this means that foxy will talk with his old self at some point now, since moon told him he talked to old moon.
If Moon succeeds in bringing back Solar, they lose a brother.
If he fails, they lose two.
Either way, Sun, Lunar, and Earth are losing a brother... One is just on purpose.

is it me... or could Moon be better than his old self by ACTUALLY listening to Eclipse... instead of just throwing him away? "Im sorry for abandoning you" and all that... maybe... Moon will be better than old Moon because he did the one thing Old Moon DIDNT.... and it was give Eclipse a chance. Not once did New or Old Moon give ANY Eclipse a chance to do anything... Solare was the first "eclipse" model Moon held a hand of friendship out too... he never TRUSTED Ruin 100%... he was always warry of him from day 1. And i understand as soon as he let his guard down, someone important to him was taken away... BUT... This eclipse has done NOTHING to anyone... other than be slightly annoying and rude. Ruin has actively tried to kill people, HECK even tried taking out Sun and Moon! But this Eclipse... hes just been there. Hes just talked.
What if what Moon needs to do... is accept Eclipse?
Maybe Evil/Dark Sun should stop being so vague and outright tell Moon what's going to happen if he keeps trying to do what he's doing. And the consequences that would happen after. Because at this rate, Moon isn't going to listen to anyone.
The only one he might listen to at this point (besides Dark Sun, maybe) is Frank.

Moon said he acting like old Moon but he is not he is acting like Sun when Sun killed Bloodmoon and when Sun wanted to kill Eclipse old Moon tried to stop him but Sun pushed old Moon away and with that Sun accidentally got old Moon killed and then Sun felt guilty and stress. He had nightmares and Earth comfort Sun ❤

I just realized Sunset (Dark Sun) is taking out potential subjects for Moon to use. First, it was Eclipse, then Ruin, now he wants to get rid of BloodMoon before Moon can use them. But why??

So for all Moons genius, he never thought to invent a time machine (he can make portals to alternate dimensions so of course time travel exists) travel back to the point before solar was erased, create backups of solars code and travel back to the present to revive him?

I appreciate Puppet and Foxy so much, the way they talked to Moon was just so good. Especially Foxy, he's just got that knack of cutting through the bs, and how he approached the talk by putting himself into Moons shoes. Like Foxy didn't talk down to him (doesn't make Earth's and Sun's reaction any less vaild btw) it's a refreshing take. I hope something got through to Moon.
Foxy should learn how to be a therapist from Earth cause he did a great job talking to Moon.

I’m only 21 min in. And I’m really hoping that this reels moon in, at lest a little bit. For as much as I like angst and want the angsty path of moon bringing solar back by killing someone, solar getting mad and moon realising his mistake. I do also love wholesomeness and would love them to be a happy family, maybe moon could realise his mistake before making it and listen to eclipse and use his way or find another way on his own.
Obviously this is the writers story and they can do whatever they want with it.

@@cynthiarodriguez7598 Earth has already pulled away and thinking worse about herself, Monty is busy with the negative star power and now has to try and cheer up Earth, Lunar is now slightly training FC and the creator coming after him, Foxy is trying to focus on FC, Puppet had to deal with almost losing Fready and then looking for Bloodmoon, Frank being Frank, Leaving Sun alone trying to find away to stop Moon, have Jack look for Molten before he finds Ruin and much more and he probably feels like he can't ask for help but if Moon does something to hurt Sun he will lose him and Sun may not want to forgive since he was only able to forgive old Moon for hitting him, he understood why old Moon locked him up when he wanted to kill Eclipse

I've been getting really existential lately about what makes a Moon or a Sun or an Eclipse. I thought about all the different dimensions out there and the thing that all Moon's have in common is... (drumroll please) 🥁🥁🥁

That is not a joke. Yes, there are few similarities some Moon's share. But ALL of them? Hell no! Every Moon we've met or heard of have been drastically different from the other: Feral Moon, Swapped Moon, Ruin Eclipse is technically a Moon, Dark Sun's dead Moon who Dark Sun outsmarted and killed, Cringe Moon, Solar's Moon, the Sun with no Moon. We can't even say that blue with stars represent Moon, because of Frank is also a 'Moon model' that's wearing blue and stars and Goose Moon has none!
Same with every Sun and Eclipse. That stupid way of thinking is how Dark sun caught Eclipse in the first place!
I like how Foxy tried to see it from Moon's perspective and try to relate to it. Hope that if by some chance Moon takes a break, he might hang out with Foxy more since they aren't the original(hope that make sense)

ILY PUPPET AND FOXY THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR CONFRONTING HIM
(Puppet hanging around Terrako at the start was so cute, I'd wanna chill by the little egg guardian like that too.) That cuteness aside, Puppet coming to Moon to talk about his recent change in behavior was good. Although Moon still seems set on doing what he wants, he wants to be better than the old Moon.. but honestly? With how far his sanity has gone, I doubt that could happen. It's good though Puppet directed him to Foxy after all of that, just to talk to a friend about his problems.. would be very therapeutic in sense.
Cause during that conversation they had, Foxy understood where Moon was coming from since Foxy shut everyone he cared about out too. But he knew that that wasn't the way to go, his efforts and Puppet's were really good to try to get Moon out of the darkness. But Moon just doesn't want to leave it.. he really is being selfish in a way, because he's not doing this for his family or even really for himself. It's like he's just punishing himself because he messed up with Ruin and ignored Eclipse's words about him, really hoping someone stops him.. if words won't really get through to him, then action will have to do. Just hope when Jack and Sun find him that they'll be able to get through to him, Moon doesn't seem too far gone, at least.. not yet.

Oh man, Moon’s playing a dangerous game with completely disregarding the astrals. They don’t care if he doesn’t care about them, and they definitely don’t care about intent. If he doesn’t start caring soon, he might really regret it. It’s a good thing Puppet made Moon talk to Foxy. Even if Moon won’t listen, maybe continuing to be warned might at least slow him down enough for someone to stop him

There is a very simple question that could have been asked here. "Do you have to be like other Moons?" Because Moon has a choice. They all do. And New Moon had a place he could start fresh, and he was doing so well at first. And I don't think he took Old Moon's words the way that Old Moon intended them to be taken. You can unrestrict yourself without sacrificing morals. Work creatively within them, one day he would have found a method that worked, or heck, just LISTEN TO ECLIPSE! Last time he didn't, and this was Eclipse v2 (yes i mean v2. Specifically when he said something about when his brother is dying in his arms to remember back to what he said.), it led to Solar dying. He is just impatient, and that is leading him down one of the worst paths he could have gone down. Old Moon is literally rolling in his grave because of what New Moon is doing now. So much so that he had woken up again to confront him, himself, and tell him that what he is doing is wrong. And New Moon still refuses to listen. Eclipse's method is likely the better solution to this whole mess, but Moon is too dang prideful to listen. Too deadset on seeing him as his rival, even though Eclipse is the more sane (and caring, even if he won't admit it out loud) one out of the two now. Moon, just listen to Eclipse for once if you don't want to lose more than what you already are losing.

It's really good for Moon to hear what outsiders to the whole situation think about that. To get the observers perspective that is ultimately more neutral. Moon is still very logical even when his psyche is unstable right now.
Moon is probably also riddled with survivors guilt at this point, both over Solar and Old Moon.
Moon, if you really want to make your family happy, then go back home and be with them. This is everything you have to do. And you all can work on bringing Solar back together as a family. 🌙💔

Please Moon, try to take what they told you into consideration. We all want Solar back but the way you're changing I believe is scaring everyone from your family, friends, and fans. I love the moon you became after you woke up from being reset doing things with Sun, Earth and Lunar and Solar too. Focusing on being a much better Moon than your past. Letting your past self cloud your mind is causing this drive to push those you love and care about away and you're going to make huge mistakes if you continue this insanity. I pray for you, Moon, to go back to the way the "new" Moon wanted to be. ❤❤❤❤❤

@rainpuppy14 "Frank" is kind of a placeholder name, of sorts. Forkface is just something everyone was calling him because of his appearance. Frank even confirmed that neither of those two names is his actual, _real_ name, and since he hasn't told anyone what his real name is, no one knows it
