This was such a calming salve to a person residing in a country that seems to have gone mad. I am also a beekeeper, spinner, and new owner of a rigid heddle loom. Your videos are helping me keep my wits about me and remember the truly important things in my life atm. Thank you for sharing snippets of your life with us. Peace.🐝🐑
I'm so glad you enjoyed my video. I'm sorry to hear you are going through a difficult time. Try to stay strong 💪. I find when I'm in my head the only cure is working with my hands . Thank you so much for stopping by and taking the time to leave a comment 🙏🐏🧶🐝
Thank you, Becca. Another very enjoyable, eclectic video. Love them this way. The walks that take inthe beach and views are balm to this dry and dusty soul. To be fair, on this morning's walk, there was a coolness, a hint of Autumn in the air.🙂🧡🍂
Glad you enjoyed it! 😁🙏
Oh I empathise with you doing the firewood Becca!
My husband is fairly incapacitated now with Parkinson’s, lung removal, and a mild stroke, so all the heavy stuff is now with me and our daughters.
We did buy a motorised wheelbarrow which is very useful. But I generally use the little farm truck (“mule”) and bring huge amounts around at a time (because it can get very muddy over the winter months).
I also tend to get low on kindling wood so do a blitz over the summertime collecting anything and everything I can!
See you next video
(I’m all caught-up now 🤣🤣)
My Dad (80) has a little Japanese tractor and trailer to help him at their place and it's been a god send . I'm sorry to hear your husband is facing health issues. Look after each other 🙏
I envy you your sunshine. We’ve had over a yard (as in 36”) of rain in the past week or so - and it’s STILL raining. (We did have a couple of little respites when it wasn’t actually pouring down but that’s about as good as it got.)
It’s too damp to spin on a wheel, can’t really adjust the tension, or play a rather delicate wooden musical instrument.
My desk top computer has also died in the damp and won’t resurrect until the humidity drops a bit, below 90% would be a novelty.
I can still knit!
So thank you for your lovely video and I hope you find more clarity soon.
You poor thing. I really hope you get a longer break from the rain so. 🙏
Becca thank you for the walk, the scenery is beautiful and I love seeing your puppy run along
Glad you enjoyed it! 🙏🏴
Lovely video. I've spent several holidays on the Pembrokeshire coast. It's beautiful ❤️

I love Charity Shop, Shopping ( if that makes sense) 🛍️
I love all your goodies. 🛍️🛍️
Although not done much of that for a while.
I knew what you meant about your brain being like a washing machine, I've had a couple of weeks like that and not got much done. 😊😊
I hope you and Andrew have a Wonderful Weekend and Millie does too, especially as she has new balls to play with. 😊😊😊⚽
We've snow forecast for tonight and into tomorrow, I'm hoping they're wrong though.

Love the trips around and in the villages! Thanks for taking us along!
Glad you enjoyed 🙏
I have a builder's sack trolley for moving heavy and bulky items. Very useful. Fishguard certainly seems to be recovering and returning to the thriving shopping centre it used to be.
A sack truck would be a good idea 💡 . Yes I think Fishguard has turned a bit of a corner. I try to do my bit and support the local shops where I can.
Thanks for the spinning videos…I’m a beginner spinner who doesn’t practice…hoping this makes me pull my wheel and fiber out and start again…
Thank you, I hope my videos inspire you to have a play on your wheel
Love the views from Strumble Head. Beautiful part of the world. Hope you can salvage your charity spinning book. Certainly worth a try!
@heathertucker7056 Thank you 🙏. The views from stumble just don't get old.
What is The Lost Flock about?
This is not my summery but a google summery I think its a really good one , The Lost Flock by Jane Cooper is a nonfiction book that tells the story of her mission to save Scotland’s rarest and most ancient sheep, the Orkney Boreray. The book follows Cooper’s journey as she moves from Newcastle to Orkney, driven by a passion for conservation and traditional farming. She faces numerous challenges, from the harsh environment to the complexities of breeding and protecting these endangered animals. Through personal anecdotes and historical insights, The Lost Flock explores themes of resilience, heritage, and the deep connection between humans and nature.
