STEP 1
Pick 100 dandelion flowers and some gorse flowers for extra flavour. Remove the green stems leaving just the petals

STEP 2
Add 1 litre of water and stir
•
STEP 3
Boil on the job for 20 minutes
•
STEP 4
Strain to remove petals leaving just the water
•
STEP 5
Add 600 grams of sugar - can be brown, caster or a mixture of the two!

STEP 6
Mix ONCE and then leave to simmer until reduced
•
STEP 7
Place in jars and enjoy! 😋
