I buy my boxes based on my soap size. So be sure to order your boxes based on your soaps. My bar size is not standard so your soap would probably not fit in the boxes I use 🙂
The biggest box that will fit in the USPS padded flat rate envelopes are (but it’s very snug) 8x6x3”
