for the first meme, a positron is a positively charged electron, and when a positron touches an electron they cancel out and dissapear. so if you shot positrons equal to the amount of electrons in your body, (7.53e+29 to be exact), all the electrons in the atoms in your body dissapear and you disintegrate or something

For the first meme here's the explanation
Positrons are basically positively charged particles. The 7.53e+29 is the scientific notation of 7.53 X 10²⁹ ( bacially a really large number ).
So the meme is that he is sending 7.53 X10²⁹ positrons. Which indicates lot of positivity.... I hope this helps.
