If you live in NYC any other boroughs or Long Island you can live almost anywhere if not everywhere in the world the prices here are astonishing but if you drive out of NYC not even that far about an hour north the prices start to drastically diminish
@noamansattar - it depends on which county you have Nassau county (closer to NYC) Suffolk county (out east) then you have the Hamptons/Montauk (the end of Long Island) every single home in the Hamptons and montauk are multi million dollar homes they have their own separate police department and let’s put it like this to get a hotel for one night during the summer you’re spending $1000 a night - now Suffolk county a 1 bedroom legal apartment (no basement or garage apartments) roughly $2000 a month then you have Nassau which is a slight uptick from the $2000 of Suffolk - mind you this doesn’t include utilities that’s just straight up rent the majority of places have a separate oil/gas tank and electric meter for the legal apartment and that’s for a one bedroom 2 bedrooms is going to run you about $2500-$2750 renting an entire home $3000-$3750 which is sad because the people that do that can literally own the home themselves but unfortunately do not have enough for atleast 10% down payment - i can rent out my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom & balcony condo in a gated community with a golf course full gym indoor and outdoor inground pool within the 2.5 mile gated community for $3000-$3250 per month - then NYC which is currently the highest rent in world average rent per month is close to $5000

Would you live in Dubai?
Yes
Nope, the heat would kill me....
I’m banned from dubai
If I had money I would not mind living there it looks pretty cool. But I will miss the states.
You need a medal in Yap awards
Adaxum's ecosystem and AI features look like a game-changer. Investing early might pay off big time!
I live with only 150 usd per month, apartment, 3x meals, transportation all cover by company + once every 2 month staycation in 5* hotel and dinning out in 5* hotel all with staff discounts 🎉
It depends how you wanted to live, Dubai is a small city, if you are in downtown that’s more expensive, find homes on old dubai area, those are the cheaper one, still around 20mins away from downtown.
Well i do agree being born here
it is flexible and way cheaper than Europe or NY/LA
Very diverse , but manageable. I live the uae
You can get a parking space in Amsterdam for 800
Interesting to know! I’ve always wanted to visit Dubai, Germany, Switzerland and Norway
That's actually what I love about Dubai
Dream city for real i want to move there soooooo bad
Mid, mid upper, upscale mix neighborhood. Apartments cottage appeal, much shopping, restaurants, all nearby attractions. Next door to prestigious city of Mountain Brook, mega university, hospitals, grocery stores, 1 Br 835/mo
Thats a cut to Chicago my friend. Gorgeous city…
My rent in Dubai was 800$ for a small studio 25 years ago. Good luck living on 800$ today.
Finally someone who's speaking the truth
"I have friends who live here with 800$....you can take an apartment for like 1,5k...." talked like a real financial genius.
100% right. Live there 2 yrs
Dubai has a cheaper part too they just don't show it
Very flexible and safe too. Love the place👍🙏
Everybody talking about living expenses apartment being $1000-$1500 groceries cheap, cheaper than the States how about how much pay you get? Can I get 6k a month after taxes like I get in the States?
More than likely depending what you do.
Coming from miami dubai is much better are pretty much the same in many aspects especially prices I would say but maybe slightly cheaper & you also pay 0-9% tax which is amazing
My aunt's husband lives and works the as a construction worker, he went legally through a company and his passport was seized and he cant do anything about it. Bad workings and living conditions
It wasn't seized...you just don't know your own rights...its up to you the passport holder to keep it safe....period.
while in spain a regular place costs 2000€
I was to Dubai on vacation in 2022, it’s not expensive as long as you don’t drink alcohol in restaurants or clubs and you buy it from liquor stores
It's the UAE, tho. Safe and everything, but kinda like moving to Thailand. At least the whole notion of it makes me feel that way.
You can also live in the labor camp.
800 a month i pay more than that in rent for a 1 bed flat!! + Bills probably 1800!!
Dubai ‘s cheapest rent is almost half as an average sized house rent in LA
video mentions $1500 a month and focuses on john hancock bldg in chicago where rent is actually $7000-$8000 a month.
The ended with "you can always choose where you're gonna go to eat".
Everyone always wants the glam life til the bills come .
Every person on earth 🌍 should live a nice life and have a home car and money without being homeless . Humanity has it wrong in my eyes . It’s might not be for you all . ❤❤❤❤
As far as luxury is concerned, you get more bang for your book than you do in New York LA or London
1.500k Crazy
Like that’s normal for a Frankfurt Apartment with just 2-3 rooms
What a brilliant way to express it. I.5 thousand dollars!
In Stockholm an apartment in the city is 5k euro a month minumum 😭😭😭😭😭
It depends..... if you eat simple and leave simple then it is very cheap. But you have everything at your finger tips. Sooooooo you spend.
So just like any major city in the world, there’s people on small budgets and also richer people… mind blowing stuff 😂
Hot AF in Dubai, kinda humid too. You spend most of your time indoors if you can.
Yea. I was like, I don’t remember Singapore having cold winters. That would be cool for a change. Hehe
The music in the background is so beautiful ❤❤
Does anyone know the name of the song? 🙏❤
Yea that’s gonna change in a couple years. Rich people and corporations are gonna buy up all the properties and rent it to you for 2500 instead of 15”
for 800 usd you can get just a room, not even a studio alone
You can also live in deira in dubai with 400 usd/month

“If you wanna live on the beach” 😅
