Inside the NCAA | Interview with SARAH TAIT | Stride Athletics

Today on Stride, we speak to Sarah Tait and discuss her transition to studying and training at West Virginia University in the USA. The Scottish steeplechase specialist has gone from strength to strength in recent years and we are delighted that she could share some of her journey and give advice to anyone thinking about making the move to America.
This video was recorded shortly before she set PBs in both the indoor Mile and 3000m, backing up her strong 2023 season which saw her win BUCS Outdoors and compete at the European U23 Championships in Finland.
