COURSE RECORD. Morag Millar is your Flat ‘N Fast 3 champion!
In a stunning race, Morag took it out hard at the front and never looked back. She claimed herself the first women’s sub 16 minute run at the event in a new course record of 15:59.9, breaking the previous record of 16:16 held by Natasha Phillips. She was followed in hot pursuit by Nancy Scott with 16:18.6 for silver and Isla Britton in 16:28.5 for bronze.
