- कड़वी सच्चाई शेरमुखी और गौमुखी प्लाट की-Shermukhi & Gaumukhi Plots and Vastu Tips in Hindi by Dr. Anand Bhardwaj. Now let us discuss about the irregular plot shape which is mostly found in the shape of Shermukhi plot or gomukhi plot in which Shermukhi plot is the plot which is broader in front and narrow in the rear side whereas the gomukhi plot is the plot or house which is narrow in the front and wider in the back. In Vastu Shastra sometimes we discuss that the Shermukhi plot is not good and gomukhi plot is very good but we should consider that gomukhi plot is very good and excellent for only residence; not the Shermukhi plot and we would like to define that Shermukhi plot which is broader in the front and narrow in the rear are very good for the business purposes like making a shop, showroom, industry, office, Banquet Hall, party lawn etc. This video is mainly pointing out a very crucial factor of Vastu shastra that any plot is positive only if the north east direction is extended it means if the plot or house is West facing or south facing then only the rear portion shall we come North East and in that case there are chances that Northeast corner is extended and in this case the site is positive as per Vastu but one should check very carefully that south east corner is not going to extend in case if the plot is south facing or west facing and we are going to buy it for the purpose of Living. Same is the case with the commercial site or business site because as we told that Shermukhi plot or premises are very good and excellent only in case of business or commercial purpose and in that case the business or commercial site including the factory and industry and shop should face in the north or East and in this condition also Northeast corner should be extended because the extension in north and east or North East is only positive in Vastu Shastra and all other extensions are called negative extensions as per Vedic Vastu Shastra. Sometimes we are happy to see that the plot is gomukhi and also East facing north facing. So let me clarified that such plots are going to be negative in the long-run and if a plot or site is Shermukhi and that is south facing or West facing and we are going to purchase for the purpose of industry or shop for commercial purposes then it is not going to give us any good results in the long run. Therefore we should take the most precautions while buying a plot which is not properly rectangular or square and any direction is increase or decrease of the plot because it may be proved to be either Gurumukhi or Shermukhi because if the sides are not equal there are possibilities of any irregular shape of the plot which is not going to be appreciated in Vastu Shastra and it is not a place where the person is going to on very good profit therefore we should take all precautions when we are going to select any plot for our business and for our residents that it should not be having any cut in the Northeast and at the same time not his extension is very good and positive as per Vastu as we defined in the RUclips video in Hindi. Now it is very much clear to all the viewers that whenever we are going to purchase any Shermukhi our gomukhi plot we should take all the precautions which are explained in this Vastu video.

We tried to follow all the vastu rules to construct during construction.. kitchen in east direction, bed room in south west direction it also covered south east portion on home. Toilet on West towards north. And staircase on northwest direction. Please suggest some remedies if anything seems incorrect.

I wanted to ask you questions related to same subject that my plot is south facing & north west cone is with increased land corner. According to your remedy I can't cut that cone as we have already build the house. Any other remedy to correct this vastu dosh.

I have seen your videos it was really interesting. There is one plot want to buy in which I would like to use for business and residence. The front side (23.8 ft North direction) is for business and the backside (18 ft south direction) is for residence purposes. The Northside is the main road and the south side have 30 feet road. Should we move further to buy that plot?
