While I adore the thumb grips, I found that they block movement in some games. For example in Animal Crossing, trying to run makes you slow walk, because you can't push the stick all the way, the cap is too thick. So I either have to use a lot of force in one direction which is neither good for me nor my Switch Lite, or slow walk everywhere :(
Use a hair dryer on the corners to make the vinyl soft, and then rub out the creases. Excellent job on accuracy also. You can use this method even years after you already applied the vinyl, so you wont have to worry about it not working now.

I wanna buy a switch and it’s tempting to get the lite cause it’s cute and smaller and just idk I like it but also I know that the original switch would most likely be better for me
@@yougototriggered7930 I have the original Switch. I like the convenience of being able to dock it to a computer monitor or tv screen and play it that way. It’s how my husband’s is docked. I also like the option to take out the side controllers and share the game with someone and play a game that can be for two players. But the switch lite would be more lighter, cheaper in price, and is good for traveling, but is meant more for one person playing as to oppose to two players (depending on the game). I also would like to customize it as well. If I get a lite, I plan to customize the system.

I saw a video somewhere where they use silicone tools to apply the skin. As well as a hair dryer to heat the skin so it fits better
