This is good for begginer goalkeepers. Once you get to a high level of football it is crucial to have great handling. You should make a tutorial on bouncing low shots or skipping low shots.

+ARS Goalkeeping I just bort a new pair of adidas ace zone pro gloves after watching glove revues. today I went training and only let 3 in on my reflex drill. I watched your how to clean glove's and tried it my self they turned out great.
Should I learn to play out field as well as in goal. Will it help my kicking passing dribbling? And I'm struggling how to juggle the football i was wandering if you have a vid or can you do one please I would be great full thank you

I had an agent contact me about playing in England once and when he heard my size he peaced out pretty quickly but there are leagues that do have smaller GKs and those GKs end up being world class (SPAIN,Italy,USA) So if you wanna play sometimes you gotta shop around! I feel like im still growing recently folks have commented that I have stretched out even more but I'm not sure. Make sure you eat well and let time take over
***** I'm 5'10 the same as Alberto and was asked to play for a Thai Div II team (I live in Thailand but from USA). Once you are solid at basic goalkeeping, height doesn't matter as much as instinct. I've seen massive keepers before like 6'3 and 200 + pounds and they get scored on a lot. Sometimes smaller frames move faster in the box. Nick Rimando is a great keeper and he's like 5'6! Funny thing is, I played American football most of my life and didn't start playing soccer until I was about 26. But I trained hard and now I'm playing for a league. I learned a lot from Alberto, keep watching him and keep training!

I gotta question, I love playing goalkeeper, I have my own gloves, but my gloves always slips past the ball, I have no grip, and I have no money for a pair of expensive gloves (15 yrs old), do you know what I can do, that can make my gloves have better grip to catch balls better?
I put on a little bit of water on one glove and clap my hands about 15-20 minutes before a match. Don't put it on right before a match or that'll worsen your grip. It helps if your gloves are a little bit dirty. Source - Starting keeper on u15, next year u18 rep team
OMG TY! I had a soccer tryout in a crazy storm and I didn't bring my gloves so when I played goalie I had to parry it with my hands so I wouldn't break my fingers or something. xD
Its still astonish me just how many people have no clue about Spovelax Training Program (do a google search) although many people improve their skills using it. Thanks to my mate who told me about it. I've become a better player.

when I'm practice catching I'm doing something like fast shooting drill...I have 3 players about 2-3 meters from me and one of them randomly shoot ball to me with all power he have and I'm trying to catch it :D lol Ps:most of people in comments are asking for some video and they didn't search it on your channel...that's a little bit stupid -.- lol :D Peace :)

The ExCrew Glove glu, Honey or buy a pair of West Coast Goalkeeping gloves. They are as good as the 150 Adidas and Reusch pairs but only $55-60
