- The tenth episode.
Over the years, there have been some laughably weak main characters starring in video games, characters who you're almost embarrassed to be controlling. In this series, I'll show footage of these characters' greatest feats of "power". Wario and Kirby need not apply.
I've been putting off including this particular character in this series for years now, it seemed like a much too obvious choice, but I caved in and here he is, in all his "glory".

Bob's only strength was his brain. He is likely the one that designed the tube stage.

It might deserve a mention that in EWJ2, Jim actually finishes Bob off literally by reversing the food chain on him.

Power Estimation
1. Alex Kidd (1 Hit, but can destroy cars & more by merely punching them) (Glass Cannon)
2. Anonymous (Zork) (While he gets killed by leaves, he still can: Battle trolls, scare off bats, and do what he does best.)
3. Bubsy (No Comment.)
4. Toad Man (Can still take newbies down with him)
5. Spelunker (At least he has a gun)
6. Dizzy (Can take a little damage) (Egg's Durability)
7. Peeper (They can atleast
tackle you)
8. Prince Duncan(?) (Everything weak)
9. Jogurt (What the hell)
10. Bob the Fish (Can't even tap you)
I'd put Duncan above the Peepers if for no other reason than the fact that Duncan has the potential to pose a mild threat once he gains his fireballs and invincibility powers. (Even if he does still die to stairs and get dizzy after jumping...)
Other than that, pretty solid list.
I’m peepers have elixirs to get and they can easily get you the Paladin Shield

Well, he did convince an entire race of musclebound super-cats to do his bidding, so that's at least something, I suppose.
When I was a kid I literally never completed that tube level, I had to skip it. Then I played again as an adult and did that underwater section first time and finally got to kill that fish. All those years gaming eventually paid off!
Had Bob decided to fight you during the pod section then he would probably have been considered one of the most difficult bosses to fight.
Also in Earth Worm Jim 2 Bob is just as easy to beat.

If you did one-hit bosses, you should cover Mysterio from Spider-Man 2 in a Weakest Characters in Gaming video
(If you don't know about him, his life bar fills all the way up making the player think it's going to be a difficult fight. In reality, he's beaten in one hit.)
Earthworm jim is a very,hard game,not impossible ,but hard!
The soundtrack is still amazing to this day!

Honestly, Evil the Cat barely looks like a threat. All you do is jump, and after that, you just need to shoot him until he floats to the top of the area. He's not that pathetic compared to Bob. th
Also in 3:08 i honestly didn't know if the time or crashing into a wall killed you. They happened the same time.

Bob’s even more of a pushover in the sequel. Jim picks him up and eats him!
I know one. In Gothic 2 a leader of robbers living in a tower had once the way out of the tower blocked by his men, so he ran all the way up to the top of the tower and valiantly ran off the ledge, killing himself instantly.
Earthworm Jim wins by doing absolutely nothing

This game I remember. Use to beat no problems when I was less than 7. Now, I don't want to feel old, so haven't touched it in a goood while.

can't wait till you make a video that starts out with your text to speech version of I Need a Hero but changes to an epic remix or something. Maybe Weakest Characters that turn into strongest later in the game. Except player characters ofc

Well aware that you've already took note of him. Earthworm Jim 3D (which is mediocre from what I've heard) makes Bob the Killer Goldfish a tougher opponent, although all the bosses are just the same dang glorified vehicle segment. Bob can actively dodge by somehow jumping within his fishbowl, and his attacks do an entire quarter of your health's worth of damage.
Yeah, he's tougher in 3D than you've initially noted.
1:30 is that really the game's soundtrack? I had no idea there was a game out there with Mussorgsky's music

It's going to be hell for you, Mr. Git, as it'll take a long and tedious time to find an even weaker enemy than Bob. However, I'm not sure whether he's stronger than the Peeper. I mean, they're both basically dead as the Peeper can die either instantly from an attack or over time with Sap, and Bob is insta-killed in any way.
I didnt know the snes version had the new junk city music for down the tubes, in the genesis version it's the song from level 5
If you slow down the video to .50x speed it sings the song "I Need A Hero"
So - He likes Age of Empires and lots of lol's. hehe. I have the collectioner version of it with the Conquerors expansion, didn't finish the entire campaign yet but the game's hell worth of fun ;)

bob sucks in Earthworm Jim 2 as well. hell. in 2, you (the player) don't even have to do anything. Jim ends up doing all the work for you the moment you step into the arena where the boss fight against bob begins. What does he do? He takes Bob out of his bowl and eats him. An earthworm eating a fish! Just saying that makes me have to say paradox.
