It's this Training method good for hypertrophy?
Would this type of training transfer to weighted dips, to the point where we could dip or bodyweight at least?
Was about to go to sleep, well I can wait 6 minutes!

Great stuff! Thank you. When doing these, are you doing these for singles or multiple reps per set?
Both work! It depends on what effective you're going for. Personally, I'm a REALLY big fan of Rest-Pause and taking some time between each rep so the intensity can be high! That's what ensures you can train this minimally but still gain big!
