Hi! Sorry for the lack of timestamps and mentions of the plugins and commands used.
1:38 - Bezier spline - helps you to create certain lines for curved faces
3:27 Curviloft - helps you to create skins and contours for your project
4:06 - Slicer - it helps you slice faces and difficult contours on your project
5:32 - 8:00 - we used the basic commands like Copy(C), Offset(O) and the Joint Push/Pull plugin thats helps you push or pull difficult surface areas or curved areas
And the rest of it are just the repeats of those plugins and commands mentioned.

Hi po! We usually download our plugins on sketchucation.
To install it simply go to Extensions>Extension manager>Install Extension>Select your downloaded file and click ok

How could it be a way to model this plus letting the interiors ?

Actually this is only an exterior model but if you want to also show the interior, make sure to make it in revit first for more detailed model. You can also do it in sketchup but it can take a lot of work to be done.
