I did a free Amazon course from the AutoDS guys and it was pretty decent BUT they skipped on many things and of course promote their own tool. I signed up and I have trouble with ALL tests I did! Tell me about having 100 products there and a bug shows up... Their customer support told me I needed to wait 2 - 5 weeks for bugs to be fixed! XD I of course cancelled and this is how I found you.
Yeah a lot of people complain about their bugs and they're slow to fix em so you end up paying for nothing. Their Amazon integration isn't the best either. It's screwed over a lot of people. If you read their 1-star Trustpilot reviews a lot of people complain about the integration
@Adahir Bautista "I'm trying to build some momentum with organic marketing before I start running any paid ads" - this strategy makes sense, it's a good way to see if the content you're creating will perform or not although paid video ads are slightly different to organic in the sense you are trying to sell the problem, solution or emotion, whereas organic you're trying to get people to share.
Do you have a video on how to communicate with the supplier in the beginning so that the customer does not receive the package that AliExpress has written on it?
How do you handle chargeback & refunds? Do the costumer have your address for them to send the package back to you or how does it work? And how do you know if the delivery time is accurate? Thanks advance!
@@roseanne1466 rarely get chargebacks now as I have a 2FA trick set up which I have a video on. As for refunds I am making a video on this as it's complex and depends on the issues. The first one is correct. But I believe this is only offered with the pain plan. I pay for the cheapest plan and have my Admitad link connected for cash back. You will need another tracking app though like aftership or tracking123
thats great but i did notice that when i was making my store and tried to add my own images it didnt let me use the images i had on my pc that i made with canva? it forces you to use the images that the manufacturer gives you ,which tbh its pretty cheap to upgrade only thing that really bothered me
Important question, please: How do you avoid getting Facebook's AI to mistakenly rejecting your ads then instantly without giving you a chance or prior warning, disabling the ad account in the same hour (which seems to happen a lot recently - Thanks AI)?

But when you do get that cause of traveling and logging from different devices: Do you usually use the same Facebook page, dataset (pixel), debit card, etc. that were used in the disabled ad account - in the new ad account? In my personal opinion, I think it should be 100% fine for two reasons: being honest and showing Facebook that we don't have to "hide" is smart. Plus, why wouldn't it be fine, considering these are separate entities. I feel like the whole "OMG Facebook can track you via this and that" is just another myth... if they want to track you, they have a bunch of other ways, not just via a debit card for example. But that's just my very humble opinion 😅 What do you think?
@@howardmathews5572 I use the same ad account when I travel, they can pick up on my IP address and location and basically ban me, but they have learnt that I travel a lot based on previous IP locations. However, with new accounts, they may not like it when you are travelling across the world whilst running ads, and they may ban you. However, it's only a temp ban and you can just ask support to unban you. It's an inconvenience.

Usually with these questions you can just ask ChatGPT. Just talk to them professionally and in English, if they reply in Chinese it will usually be translated by AliExpress.
Usually, you can just find a Shopify App to do this for you. As for product titles I usually look at my competitors especially those ranking high on Google. Same for product descriptions but recently I've noticed more AI-written descriptions.

Thanks! I believe you need the paid plan for DSers to send the tracking automatically. I also have another tracking app: Aftership to send further tracking details but Tracking123 also does the same job at a cheaper rate. There are certain apps that I would pay for and DSers is one of them.
One question though: if you use Dser, will you be supplied by the Aliexpress shop or directly from the provider? EDIT: When would you recommend using the Pro plan in Dser? Cheers from Chile!
If you do not use pure choice suppliers then directly from suppliers. However, pure choice suppliers like the one I showed in this video with the yellow chat box are suppliers working with AliExpress and uses AliExpress warehouse which you should avoid.
I mean, I designed my own trademark(I mean the logo), which I designed from my imagination... If this trademark resembles another trademark, does this constitute a legal issue, property rights, or anything like that?
@@sliderwaves5860 Oh I wouldn't really worry about this, you're a small-time dropshipper so even if you did somehow copy someone, it is unlikely they will find you but if they do then just change your logo slightly.
I just installed DSers and am running into a problem where the products, once pushed, are not being automatically added to a shipping profile in Shopify so I have to manually search the products and add them to the shipping profile and this is rather time consuming. Do you know if there is a way to have all the products that are being pushed from DSers to automatically get put into the respective shipping profile?
I believe you have an issue with the shipping setting not picking up your products automatically. I don't think this is a DSers issue. Check your Shopify shipping settings. Make sure the general profile picks up all your products
Cause the private agent won't source all my products for me. I have over 2000 products on my store and my suppliers on AliExpress already provide branded tags, packaging, etc. Agents aren't exactly cheaper either. You'll find shipping costs more, storage cost adds up and also shipping times may not be as fast.
I'm going to assume they are 2 different suppliers hence why you're asking, and it really depends on AliExpress if they pick up the two orders and pack them together, sometimes they do, sometimes they don't
@@roseanne1466 you can use as many as you want, but I always recommend finding suppliers with several products that you like and can upload. Try to avoid using 1 supplier for 1 product, cause it'll get very unorganised over time.
Hmm it depends on the country you're shipping to and your suppliers. Sometimes they add shipping cost separately, sometimes they include in the cost of the product. I prefer they keep it separate as there are taxes on purchase price.

First ask them if they accept dropshipping because some don't. You can also ask if they use plain packaging without AliExpress written on it.

You can add your own images on Shopify, it's got nothing to do with DSers. The only thing you edit on DSers is the product title to be honest.
