Discover La Palma Airport with Airbus, ATR 72 planespotting

The airport is located 8 km south of Santa Cruz de la Palma on the border of the municipalities of Breña Baja and Villa de Maso.
The first aircraft landed on February 24, 1970, a Douglas DC-3 from the Spanish Air Force. Since April of that year, regular Fokker F27 flights began to fly to the island of Gran Canaria.
Today, the airport serves both regular and seasonal flights to Europe and other islands of the archipelago.
