That's cool --(the zuk) I am getting out of the side by side joke and building my own zuk buggy and that's cool that you are going to start on another one to . I really look forward to seeing what you do and how you do it -- i am starting on one too .
Nice progress on the ZUKI !! Love the rigs !!! And the vids !!! Zuki's for life !!!! Can't wait to see your next vid as always !! Cheers buddy !! Your the best highly insparational 😁😁
I think you should build a bad ass dragster out of the new samurai! I've been looking at those shock towers a lot lately, I might need to pick up a pair
TJ Mitchell Films I'm preparing for my first Rubicon trip this summer. That video would be great! Curious to see what tools/parts you took and how managed the small space.
Cool LWB Lookin good dude got my adapters in and love em and my new Toyota CV,s from cj tatton in spent some cash on shafts but can't stop now save the zuks!!!
Dang those shock towers are beefy! With all the extra plating and support everywhere you really are slimming down the possibilities of trail break downs. Does all the extra protection in some areas make other areas more susceptible to breakage?
I think a spring under build would be cool for the new zuk. I'm planing to do a spring under RUF with 1.5" OME springs. I'm looking at Low Range's RUF kit.
Dang man I think your post to the Built not bought 4x4 fb group got deleted. Anyways love your videos though (especially since I don't have a samurai) and love watching the channel grow!
Thank man! Yeah I don’t know why it got taken down, it doesn’t say any where that you can’t post videos. I messaged the admin about it. Thanks for your support!
Just eyed where looked right, tacked the plate and bolted the shock up to check if it was where I wanted it then welded it up. So I guess what I’m saying is I used where the lower shock mount was to dictate where the top mount ended up
@@BuiltForDirt my brother just gave me an 86 samurai, its I real fixer upper, but I'm pretty fired up to get her running. I plan on using it as a hunting rig. Do you have any particular websites/forums you go to for parts and info? I dont really know much about this vehicle. Any info would help. Thank you again for your reply!!!!
Suzuki Samurai Owners 2.0 is a great Facebook group. Lots of knowledgeable people on there. As for parts I usually used ZuksOffroad.com and LowRangeOffroad.com

I love my spring under YJ samurai, using 10" travel shocks. flexes good and rides great, and is really stable when jumping and landing.
Awesome, that’s what I like to hear. I’m definitely leaning that way!
Also would definitely be keen to see a spring under build 🙌
Very nice video bud. And your right that frame reinforcement plate is a necessity for any off-roaded Sammy. Keep up the good work!

You should do a video on what you took and how you packed the Samurai for your Rubicon trips.
Yes, that is a great idea. I was actually thinking about that the other day. I totally will do that!

Just an FYI, the dude was referring to the saki differential side, you will have to use studs to get the adapter to work with the flange.
Ah that would make sense. Totally didn’t even think about that. The Toyota axles have me spoiled

No the front end is pretty beefed up now at this point. I don’t expect to break anything there

Awesome! What size tire are you planning on running?
I'm hoping to use a 235/75r 15 with that setup. I need to do a little more research though.
Spring under with drop hangers and skinny tires would be sweet. like what the Japanese jimny guys do if you’ve ever seen pics or videos
spring under would be awesome!
Agreed
Looking good. What is your plan for the first ride?
I’m planning on doing a shake down run at Hollister Hills OHV area here in California! Hopefully I can get it finished soon!
Man! I waiting for you videos ! Great work !!!
Love what you are doing here mate!!!
ultra rc Nice to see you here buddy !!! Love your vids !!
Very good job 👍
Whatever happened to the blue sami in the beginning now that you have your gladiator? Just curious.
This playlist shows the entire transformation of the blue samurai. ruclips.net/p/PL-HxQA044YmOEgZY6JUMxI909sMbcKPmh
Great video thanks !
How about maybe keeping that one on a budget? Or keep it looking as Sami as possible ?
Yes budget build sounds fun!
If you’re interested in some stock yj springs I have some left over from my yj build
That would be rad! Where are you located?
TJ Mitchell Films I’m in alpine. It’s a little east of el cajon
How much do you want for them?
I don’t make it down there very often but if I do I will grab those springs
Great job T.J....

Love both of your current rigs!!! Super excited to see a spua mild build, that is my plan for my bone stock 87. I'm a fan of the sleeper.
man i wait for your vids 👌👌
Thanks man! I’m trying to get more out as fast as possible! I appreciate your support 👍🏻
Killing it as always!
Heat the undercoating up and scrape of the thick stuff then grind off the rest.
Great tip!
What size welder do you use? 110 or 220?
It’s a 220 volt machine. Runs pretty decent
you are cool man! excellent job!
Thanks I think your cool too
Hi, what engine do you have on the Samurai?
Stock 1.3 I have a full walk around of it completed you can watch here: ruclips.net/video/KO9j0fW67LM/видео.html
How did you do the alignment on the mounts?
Just eyed where looked right, tacked the plate and bolted the shock up to check if it was where I wanted it then welded it up. So I guess what I’m saying is I used where the lower shock mount was to dictate where the top mount ended up
Are all Suzuki samurai 4wd?
No most of them are 4x4s but they made a small amount that were 2 wheel drive
