My answer is: Hello Niklas, You are just confirming the words you have spoken in the first place when Jan died (Ex-German Dealer of Blackwing).Quote: "I can not deliver a plane to a dead person; therefore I am not delivering Jan's plane." (your words) And if Dynamic Spirit (Jan Harlfinger's Company; Ex-German Dealer of Blackwing) goes bankrupt you don't have anymore problems of delivering the planes or paying back the German customers.Therefore you (Blackwing Sweden) made a deal with Dynamic Spirit, where your goal was not to protect the customers, which you are now even confirming with your own words, Quote:"....Whatever deal you then made with Dynamic Spirit and how much they then refunded you is not to our knowledge or nor shall it be."Which is clearly showing that you don't care about your customers. You seem to forget that your customers are the people who made/make it possible that your project is still alive. Some people paid 100% in advance and invested in shares of your company, and that is the way you treat them. Now you are telling me yourself, that the A-Share value dropped. But this plane is not a production plane It is a kind of between and first flew with a permit to fly in Germany. Greetings back, VL3 really looks great. I could fly the VL3 for a very short flight with a 912. The VL3 is very responsive (agile) during the flight, when in short final it felt to me a bit wobbling (soft on the stick; not responsive). We decided for the Bristell RG 915iS, because also of the space in the cabin. The VL3 is just too small for my taste. So depends on your mission and your needs. Greetings :-)

I was just watching another video of this aircraft in flight from the cockpit after seeing a preview of it that was done by Mentour Pilot youtube channel. It sounds like a rough running toy to me...it looks nice from the outside...but I was not impressed once I saw it in flight.
Most important. I would never buy from Blackwing Sweden anything. No Productions UL were sold yet only prototypes with permit to fly. Customers have to fight legally to get the money back.
@@GyrocopterGirl There are one sold and delivered pretty close to me. Saw it in the air about a month ago. Unshure if it's UL or Experimental but it airworthy and fully legal to fly. And that plane are not SE VUE, It's SE-VVB. The Blackwing are UL certified in France and sweden atleast. SE-VVG are also sold and delivered to costumer.
The RG version broke UL speed record last week and the 340HP Glasair 3 chase plane had to use full power to keep up. With that in mind. The Blackwing does not have the extreme 1500fpm sink rate without power that the G3 have

You want something fast, then check out the RISEN Airplane for long distance and speed (faster then Blackwing). And by the way, it must be really bad if I do not recommend Blackwing. But I do have Shares from Blackwing and I know what I am talking about unfortunately. We are happy with the Bristell RG with Rotax 915 iS. Great to fly in the Mountains, cruise speed for us is 117 kts IAS and 130kts TAS at 5000ft and higher. If a 4 Seater then check out the Sling TSI with 915 iS. All the Best GG

It's shame that companies like this are allowed to continue to take money from people for airplanes when they have failed to meet any of the expectations/promises they gave. Now even if they rolled out every plane due to customers in the next 12 months, they have destroyed public trust and really without totally new management - they deserve to be put out of business,.

It took me A FULL MONTH to get one tiny printer cartridge--that normally took a week to get!! However, I strongly advise those shopping for ANYTHING manufactured to GET WRITTEN LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT ESTIMATIONS ON PURCHASE ASSEMBLY COMPLETION AND HOME DELIVERY ARRIVAL OF PRODUCT. Be firm with the sales reps: Have WRITTEN CONTRACTS READY BEFORE ANY MONEY DOWN ON PRODUCT PURCHASES; EITHER THAT--OR CUSTOMER WALKS.....AND THEIR MONEY WITH THEM.

But the sad and totally unnecessary thing is, that Blackwing is treating their first customers so poorly, which gave Blackwing/Niklas Anderberg huge credit to make it possible to continue with the project. Very disappointing how Niklas Anderberg is acting and a disgrace to the light aviation world. Niklas Anderberg is not realizing that he lost at least 2 customers, with his very poor behavior, and which is in nummers a loss of more then USD 500,000.00 of sale. Probably it is much more.
So what is the CG (center of gravity) problem? I would assume it has to do with longitudinal weight balance and to get it right would need a modification to the design. CG envelopes and issues are the first thing resolved...not the last. Sweden is not known for producing very good Aeronautical engineers. It looks like a nice plane though...correct the design and build it in another country and I bet it would take off.
Well, I know two blackwings delivered and flying now, so it seems any delivery problem is solved. The queue of pilots on our flying club waiting to be released on the new class is endless ;)
Wrong, if they really solved this huge issue, then why customers from 2016 did not receive their blackwings nor did they get their money back? Are their money being misused to deliver other customers? Is it a Snowball system? It is a disgrace what Blackwings is doing to those customers, which helped Blackwings and gave 100% trust and paid 100% in advanced. Fact is Blackwings is still looking for money, new share holders. Why do you think? And the way they are treating some share holders once they paid is a disgrace again. I know because I helped blackwings. Why are you trying do defend blackwings? What is your connection? Are you being paid from blackwings? And the line of pilots waiting in your club, does not help anything, but shows me that those pilots should be informed about Blackwings business policy. But how many of them will buy one at those prices?
I fly everything, gyrocopters, airplanes and helicopters... this was a demo flight with the dealer in Germany... i was filming... i am multitasking but filming and flying at the same time isn't a great idea.

Wrong. No UL speed record for Blackwing. They flew to high 10000 ft. Risen UL has the record. That is why one can not trust Blackwing.

Well, I know two blackwings delivered and flying now, so it seems any delivery problem is solved. The queue of pilots on our flying club waiting to be released on the new class is endless ;)
Wrong, if they really solved this huge issue, then why customers from 2016 did not receive their blackwings nor did they get their money back? Are their money being misused to deliver other customers? Is it a Snowball system? It is a disgrace what Blackwings is doing to those customers, which helped Blackwings and gave 100% trust and paid 100% in advanced. Fact is Blackwings is still looking for money, new share holders. Why do you think? And the way they are treating some share holders once they paid is a disgrace again. I know because I helped blackwings. Why are you trying do defend blackwings? What is your connection? Are you being paid from blackwings? And the line of pilots waiting in your club, does not help anything, but shows me that those pilots should be informed about Blackwings business policy. But how many of them will buy one at those prices?

That was not a gyrocopter and she did not fly it.
I fly everything, gyrocopters, airplanes and helicopters... this was a demo flight with the dealer in Germany... i was filming... i am multitasking but filming and flying at the same time isn't a great idea.
So it was just a front to ripoff money
customs are trying to get their money back. Very sad how Blackwing is acting
@@GyrocopterGirl if you ever come to north carolina in the US, you can see some beautiful farmland near where i live or through the mountains further west, the coastline is beautiful.

Wrong. It is the Prototype. Fuel tank in front and arround 3 years old.

i am not criticizing you just informing you. additionally this prototype airplane that was delivered was operated with only a permit to fly.
