Thank you so much! Regarding the Open Space topic, could you elaborate (maybe in a talk with Christoph), what implementations of open spaces do work, which don’t, what is critical for the success, what should be avoided at all cost etc? Furniture, Culture, Rules... I know this is a big question, but it would be super interesting.
It will be interesting to see a study comparing open space vs cube/cell space (rooms) relating to people efficiency and productivity. There are lots of nice open space offices, but people don't like it because of all the reasons you have mentioned at the end of the video. I think, the perfect office hasn't been design yet :-)
Working in German automotive industry, I can confirm that most people here hate "open spaces" due to the mentioned reasons ( noisy, crouded...). Many colleagues wear headphones the whole day. Interestly enough, the managers who implemented those open spaces, insist on having their own separated rooms 😉
You did it really good! Congrats.
Thank you Sergio :)

I'll talk to Katinka about a potential video :)

It's a constant search :)

Do as I say, not as I do :D
