Man, I feel like "super pro" mode has been enabled at all times for me, because I can see on videos where I clearly hit the block and it still doesn't count it.

Pro mode wouldn't help to prevent wrong cuts, since beat saber uses 2 hitboxes. A larger hitbox is used when calculating good cuts, and a smaller one (which is the exact size of the note) is used for wrong cuts.
bandoot showed the good cut hitbox, the bad cut hitbox is smaller than the visual of the notes, it might be an issue in maps themselves but you're definitely swinging through notes with the wrong saber at some point
I was struggling with an audio issue and when I finally got it working I had this weird crackling sound and it was the updated Beat Saber with the neon light noise!
What happens when you do small notes and pro mode? Will the hit box be the same as the normal sized notes, or does the hit box change with the small notes? 🤔
Since you mentioned the flow of the map on Crab Rave. It would be amazing if some of you who have contact with the dev team could ask them if they would like us to remap some of their OST. Me and probably other mappers would like to have a more fun experience with the OST maps and not just dump them for custom songs. I feel it would revive the base of the game by a lot.
It's funny though, Crab Rave Expert actually is fun and has good flow. Same with Country Rounds. They do seem to throw the flow right out the window for Expert+, though.
1:44 strict angles is probably how many degrees you swing after the note and when you stop, because that's already tied in with the point systems so I think if you swing really far or really short than I think you won't get the point
For strict angles, you need to hit it on the side it says, without it on, you can just hit it in the direction. If you hit the note with it off, you can hit the side at a diagonal in the direction of the arrow

We got promised the multi-player for psvr in January and they are working on modifiers instead of the multi-player?! I mean they are super fucking cool but we've been waiting for literally 6 months

I asked Freeks and the smallnote do change a bit the hitbox still, it's not a huge difference but you will def miss more on small note, that's why it's a modifier and not a simple skin
The thing I really dislike is the multiplayer badges (basically theyll say who had the best cuts, highest combo, etc), which sound good in theory, before you realize they also include badges for who did the WORST in every category. That just seems mean I dont understand why they would do it, it literally says who scored the least and worst in everything.
i have done a few custom songs on super faster speed and its funny and i did notice when i did a dmca song, it didnt mute the vod so i guess its a win. the song i did with super fast speed was rap god.

Thanks a ton! I've been avoiding updates since the UI change and I was wondering if maybe this update was enough for me to consider finally embracing the new version but tbh I think I'm still gonna stick with the classic feel.
@@R03M-Chad I just checked the Quest 2 and I have the update. If you have BMBF installed, you need to create a backup and uninstall it otherwise you won't be able to update Beat Saber
@@hellothere2572 Oh it's probably because my Quest 2 either doesn't have enough Internet (I was in the room farthest from it) or I didn't have enough power. (It was at 3%)

I just last night got mods working after months of BMBF not working right on my quest, and as soon as I did I would have had to completely reinstall beatsaber, BMBF, and all my mods which I can't even remember how to do -v- I saw the update and didn't really want to do that so again, thank

Strict Angles counts notes that were hit with a small swing as a bad cut, meaning you have to actually swing for it to count.
