I don't have a guide yet but I do have some videos. My suggestion is to go 150 dex first the add str later on. Use CW set for AOE with corresponding element based on the monster you are killing. GBAxe at level 60 the HBAxe on level 75 up to 105. On glaphans you can use warpon set. Strente+1, Penzeru+1 (+2 or +3 is even better), Gore+7 for your accessories. On your armor def%, hp% or atk% can be used depending on your preference. I personally suggest going atk%. At 105 you can still used CW set and just used 105 AOEset on wind monsters. This build is optimized for AOEing and not for 1v1. You can go 1v1 but the dmg is low. And if you go 1v1, 2h weap is a must .
