We can therefore deduce that an OB. Is an open interest transaction region......... can we also say that open interests are large institution orders.... and if so , is it true to say that after those transactions(pending institution orders) are done that is when there is production of enough institution liquidity to push the market to a certain direction

It could be ;
1) You are using an invalid pullback or
2) you identify your choch without considering the PD array, to measure the discount or premium zones for your point of Interest...
