Congrats to our recent NBHWC grads!

We started off by celebrating our recent L2 and NBHWC grads!
Then the team discussed strategies for coaching clients with varying needs and perspectives, including managing challenging situations, supporting clients' goals, and navigating differing approaches. We also explored the importance of self-awareness, empathy, and understanding client motivations in building successful coaching relationships. Lastly, we discussed the unique dynamics of coaching family members and the potential challenges of providing accountability in such relationships.
