haha yeah ^^ he's in australia for ... well basically he's entire life ^^ but that was still funnier and better to have him than to do it with an iphone app haha =D
When you speak other langauges it's important to know how to pronounce essential sounds. Most sounds in Russian langauge are different, for example letter "Й" you can't say it until you notice how it's pronounced in a word "toY" this Y in a word "toY" represents the "Й" sound in Russian. I think the wikipedia has an alphabet layout for most of the langauges, so you can see what are the sounds there, and their closest representations in english words. Tested it with my swedish friend, pretty effective.
AlexBlackRaven I 100% agree with you, but for those videos I'm more trying the language as a 100% newby without knowing anything about it, to make it even funnier. Then I tend to have a closer look at it and learn about it. But thanks a lot for the information because I had NO clue about how the "Й" was pronounced so thank you =)
Зачем так сложно формулировать вопрос? Меньше слов... например: где автобус? Как пройти или найти. А вместо - здравствуйте, французам легче говорить - добрый день
Yes) But mostly Russians says svyOkla or sveklA) Just I never heard that word) I'm 27 y.o. and I live in Siberia. But in different regions exist different words which nobody knows outside of the region, so it's ok)
Ну и, если уж по стихам, то неплохо бы объяснить французу разницу между лЕчится и лечИться, а то получается, что и корова и волчица приходите к доктору... а он в это время лЕчится (что делает)... сложно с таким помощником выучить русский.
It definetely was! :D By the way, there is a lot of Russian comments here! ;( You must be using a lot of google translate (or Sasha x)) to understand them :D

no, it's true in Russian dear it's the same as darling. when you call gf you need to say "aya" at the end of word when you call boys, you told "oi": milaya (cute), zhutkaya (terrible);
French dude trying to speak Russian and no one bats an eye, Russian dude trying to speak French and every French lose his mind. Sorry for stereotypes, but I know you, French, get mad when foreigners try to speak your language.

It's funny but I think the phrases that were offered by Sasha could be a little different and easier especially if you want a complete beginner to pronounce them. Anyways the video was quite cool! :)
+lizzielizzie I know right, he forgot to tell me what it meant until I was editing the video. So I was thinking it was a super duper long word or expression, and he's like oh that? it means excellency..... Oh ..... ok xD

на норму русского языка не тянет чуть более, чем полностью, так же, как и "в украине". Запомните наконец: "НА Украине", "НА Кипре", "НА Мальте", "НА Руси".
Кроме вашей некомпетентности в родном языке, вы демонстрируете еще и политическую и историческую безграмотность: Украина не была НИКОГДА суверенным государством. Государство, де-факто, не вышло - failed state. Но даже будь оно таковым, правила русского языка от этого не меняются.
Hey Ernest! I think you're the coolest French guy ever! ♥️ I like your videos very much, they're really interesting. 👍 And one more thing, thank you anyway for speaking English 'cause I don't speak French at all.
Bonjour Ernest!
Well actually 'карточка' means 'little card' (or something like 'cardy'(I know that's not a word)) ('карта' - card). Also the stress in 'карточка' and 'картошка' is different. And Ч and Ш are pronounced differently ('ch','sh'). So yea... they're different.
I'm glad I made you laugh or at least smile haha =P
Ernest videos I'm laughing 😂😂 cool video) I like it 👍💘
thank you =D =D =D
Ernest videos you are very very welcome 😄😊😉
=)
родился и живу такой в России, окда?
но
ШТО БЛИН ТАКОЕ БУРЯК? :DDDD
Свеколка :)
По сути Украинское слово)
+Дмитрий Семёнов
свЁкла [так колоритней]
так у нас многие бабушки и дедушки свёклу называют, да и просто люди, у которых в семье так привыкли говорить. У нас - это в Краснодарском крае, где в своё время было много народу из Украины.
правильней было бы бурак )
Вы специально вместо "учитель" сделали "преподаватель", м?
Карточка это не картошка))
This "russian" Sasha, definetely, know russian language not well :)
haha yeah ^^ he's in australia for ... well basically he's entire life ^^ but that was still funnier and better to have him than to do it with an iphone app haha =D

AlexBlackRaven Try my best =D
I was sooooo good =P no? no? oh well ='(
actually no, but anyway I'm enjoyed the video=)
Dmitriy Gorshckov as long as you enjoyed then I consider it a success =D
Liana Freedøm ахахахах
превысокомногорассмотрительствующий
I'm russian and I really cannot read this word. WTF I actually don't know what does it mean!!!
разве? пре-высоко-много-рассмотрительствующий
хотя бред какой-то получается
спокойно могу сказать, легко же
Превосходительство ещё понятно, но это "пыщщщ" просто взорвало мозг. Это какой-то прикол.
Он это не Русскоговорящему сказал повторить. Чуешь разницу?
Your English is untypically good for a Frenchman.
thanks a lot for that =) and for my friend, he's russian but born and raised in Australia, so he lost a little bit in the process haha =D
Buryak for beetroot is more like South Russian and Ukrainian. It sounds rural to me. Svyokla means beetroot in standard, literary Russian.
nah don't tell me that !!! that was the only word I managed to say correctly haha
Ahahah ok ok :D
Мне вообще пришлось у папы спрашивать что такое буряк :D я не знала, что это свекла.
Brunetka361 but is that right in the end? ^^
Yes) But mostly Russians says svyOkla or sveklA) Just I never heard that word) I'm 27 y.o. and I live in Siberia. But in different regions exist different words which nobody knows outside of the region, so it's ok)
And your partner's Russian is imperfect.
didn't he said that sasha is from Russia?

Let's all buy бублядь then =D
а можно все "бублики" посмотреть )))
Чувак Саша как-будто сам с акцентом разговаривает.

Way too complex haha

Михаил К That I can say !!!! I hope haha =p
Вообще: не золотая, а златая цепь на дубе том...
Who cares?
+Илларион Богданов, если это ко мне вопрос, то, пожалуйста, по-русски или уж по-французски.
Natalia Dumoulin I don't speak french
он так горорил что бы было смешно и не разбочиво. Что бы просто поднять нам настроение))
He mean not GOLD but GLD (it's oldstype pronunciation)
Не карточка, а картошка.😂
Дедушка ушёл на базар ЗА фруктами ( it is more more real Russian)

+Ernest videos ur Russian was very good u need to practice more
Батя Батькович I'll try then =D

hello = privet...

his russian version of "Hello" sounds like polish "Zdradzę cię". it means "I will cheat on you" :D
Well I promise I'm not gonna cheat on you xD haha

Этот чел достоин подписки.
Однозначно.
=D =D =D
why is this so fucking cute.

Chocko Lades
AHAHAHAHA it was PERFECT!!! No :P but you made me cry too xD (I'm Russian)
Well if I made you cry (in a good way hopefully ^^) then I consider my mission a success haha =D
It definetely was! :D By the way, there is a lot of Russian comments here! ;( You must be using a lot of google translate (or Sasha x)) to understand them :D

=D Glad you liked that part =D (thank you google translate xD)
У Сашки-то акцент! А слово "бурак" (а не "буряк") и правда существует, но это чистой воды диалектизм южный. Помню мы это слово в одном упражнение по русскому встретили, когда как раз тема "диалектизмы" и была.
I knew it it's from the south !!!! =D

Yeah I LOVED trying and Sasha helped me a lot =)
Well Sasha pronounces Russian words with an accent
He's born and raised in australia from a russian family. Hence why his russian is not perfect =)
haha that was so funny I loved how the word excellency is massive in russian bloody poutine XD
+lizzielizzie I know right, he forgot to tell me what it meant until I was editing the video. So I was thinking it was a super duper long word or expression, and he's like oh that? it means excellency..... Oh ..... ok xD

but we don't say ZDRAVSTVUJTE, we say ZDRASTE, and we don't say PREPODAVATELI, we say 'UCHITEL/ our spoken Russian is really realy realy more easy!!

Лукоморье дом зелёные
Златая цепь на дубе
И днём и ночью кот учёный
Все ходит по цепи кругом
Дуб блэн
oh so nice =)
Ernest videos , зато ты молодец! Выговорил слова!
Ernest videos , но есть один нюанс , почему в видео было написано "Карточка"? На самом деле пишется и говорится "Картошка"
haha yeah I know that's my fault I didn't right the good word. I'm sorry ^^
Hey Ernest! I think you're the coolest French guy ever! ♥️ I like your videos very much, they're really interesting. 👍 And one more thing, thank you anyway for speaking English 'cause I don't speak French at all.
Google переводчик блин 😂😂😂😂

I'm Brazilian, but i live in Russia for 4 months , I think that speak Russian is so hard but is very interesting , I need to learn and practice more!
I agree, russian is an amazing language but really hard to learn =)

I laughed so hard, I started crying.. xDD
that's a good thing right? =P
Not a good thing --an awesome thing!
Картошка и карточка - разные слова если что )))
This the longest word in Russian: Метоксихлордиэтиламинометилбутиламиноакридин (Methoxychlorodiethylaminomethylbutylaminoacridine). 44 letters🤤😨
haha he meant longest "non scientific" word ^^ as this word is pretty much the longest in all languages ^^ but I'll still have to try it haha
Ernest videos,😉
this guy has'n French accent, I think he has South America's accent o East Europe's, I don't sure, but no French!
I left france 7 years ago, and only lived in english speaking countries so I kinda lost my accent but I can assure you that I'm 100% french
Ernest videos ahah j'arrive à l'entendre un peu quand même mais très peu, uniquement les français peuvent l'entendre ;)
He walks to the right , but shows on the left
У твоего друга хороший русский
he is russian
Не верю. Акцент есть и ошибок немало.
well he is born from russian parents but was born in australia hence why ^^ sorry =)
По произношению видно, что учился у русских, но это не его родной язык. а так хорошее видео. просто один раз он сам неправильно прочитал
CreepyBloom oh ok =D
Bonjour Ernest!
2:53 this poem is by Pushkin? Right? If I recall correctly
Yep. :)
yes indeed =)
Thats so sweet. He didn't do too bad and this russian guy didn't have russian accent while speaking english at all great job :)
glad you enjoyed =D Yeah my friend sasha is living in australia for a while which is why he lost his russian accent =) and thank youuu =)
картоЧка means card. картоШка means potato :)
Well actually 'карточка' means 'little card' (or something like 'cardy'(I know that's not a word)) ('карта' - card). Also the stress in 'карточка' and 'картошка' is different. And Ч and Ш are pronounced differently ('ch','sh'). So yea... they're different.
mea culpa if I did a mistake ^^
Егор Сысоев Верно. Спасибо, что уточнил.
Guys stay until the end of the video. After the outro there's a hidden scene just like in marvel movies
+harley Yas! let's +1 this comment to show everyone that I put hidden scenes =D So people will stop leaving at the beginning of my end cards haha =P
