- Pharping is a small Newar town lying above the Bagmati river on the southern edge of the Kathmandu valley, about 23 km from the capital. It is now part of the Dakshinkali Municipality.
I have to come Kathmandu before starting my Upper Mustang tour, and this time I have chosen Phakhel - Humane route to get update of road conditions. I am amazed to see the progress of bhaise - bhimphedi road as well as phakhel - humane road, I have tried to cover up all the way to this route.
